Im not going to lie, the grooming is pretty good and I guess they know it so they abuse it. First time i called and was quoted a shave down on my puppy at $35. Picked him up and was charged really $40 bc "it took extra care" due to him being a puppy...thought it was still reasonable so paid. Went back 2 months later for the same shave down bc liked the look and they charged me $50 bc they claim he got bigger wen I had vet proof that he weighed the same 25lbs. So r they going to continue to increase every visit ago? Ridiculous!!!

This place is amazing! My husband and I plan to make a purchase here sometime in a month, we want to buy two rodents that have talls(rats),young ones,Price range is excellent but I would like to know more about them. I will add the fifth star once I get my answers. As well as one of the employees there make it so uncomfortable,she is hovering around keeping watch over you, its understandable but I feel its excessive. Overall amazing place,making a purchase soon.

I was a little sceptical leaving my dog but this pet store was highly recommended from a cousin. I drove from fontana to get her groomed here, I could not have been happier my dog is mean ave left licking the associate that brought her to me of course i was in shock. Everyone there is so knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning well worth the drive. Thank you!!!!!

Weve visited plenty of grooming places and have bad experiences with our dog comming back gloomy and sad. Our Dog Benny really loved this place, he came back happy, excited and full of energy. The groomer had a mini review with us about our dogs fur, ears, teeth etc and was very knowledgeable. I feel very satisfied with our experience and will be returning next month.

Super caring staff, they do an amazing job on my dogs every time and my dogs love the place! They run into the shop when we pull up and are all wags and licks for the groomer. When I pick them up they give me a detailed paper explaining what they found, what they did and what they would recommend. I would highly recommend this place, they do an excellent job.

the owner was very rude, does not care for the costumers/persons at all, would not recommend this place to anyone. extremely poor management, and very over priced products, will not be returning to this poor excuse of a pet shop. - unsatisfied costumer
