Its as if they dont want cats to be adopted. Very upset with the staff here, came in trying to adopt a cat. I asked an employee for help and she kinda rudly said let me go ask the manager, so I waited almost 10 minutes for her to return. Then she let us hold the cat we wanted when she said that we need to bring our other cat from home to see how he gets along with the new cat. Seriously? I mean the staff needs to be a bit more helpful when someone comes in trying to adopt. Having a cat at home and Spending $130 cash for a cat should be enough of an ensentive to let us adopt, I dont mind the paperwork and the interview, The part that bothered me was how the employee could care les about our situationz wereally wanted to bring this cat home, Its as if she didnt want us to take the cat home. Very saddened by what happened.

Nice and clean place. Everything here is always nicely organized which makes finding what you need so much easier. Their customer service is great, they are always happy to help with a friendly attitude. They have a great variety of fresh water fish, which is always amazing to look at. The birds sold here always look healthy and well taken care of. Overall everything about this place is pretty great.

Did you see the news about the dog that was strangled there? The store tried to cover it up. The corporation will not make any comments and the groomer responsible, might still be there working. Do NOT take your dogs there until they come clean on this matter. They have to do what is right. In support of the couple affected and the poor puppy that was killed.

I took my pet Buddy to see the groomer he needed a brush out. the groomer that took care of him her name was Krystal she did amazing job with him really friendly and courteous. I will definitely bring him back.

I love that bestbuy price matches items on amazon. I always go to Best Buy to see what I want, and then see if its on amazon prime and have them give it to me at that price. You cant go wrong with that

Almost no fish and almost all tanks are filthy and there are dead fish in them that do not seem to be removed for days. There are no employees around to help you. This place is going downhill

This is a bad place to buy pets they sale you sick leopard geckos so annoyed now I have to explain to 9 yr old tht it wasnt his fault tht the store sold use a sick animal
