BEST PETSTORE IN SAN GABRIEL VALLEY. I have been to them all. The staff is excellent. When ever I ask for an item they dont carry they always offer to order it. Sometimes they order it anyways and put it on the shelf. Sara is a very knowledgable team member. She saved me alot of time helping me find products and finding answers for me. They have the best selection of pet food for all my pets. The prices are competitive. I like the unique live feeding crickets they are softer and easier for my frogs to digest. My salamanders are spoiled on live blood worms from Superpets too. I cant find this food quality anwhere else so I keep coming back. The animal habitats are always well taken care of. I love to look at everything when I come here. My wife is a dog groomer for another pet store and I still shop here anyways even though I could get a discount. To the person who posted a bad review regarding ear cleaning. You witnessed a common technique used in dog grooming to prevent ear infection. The pain is for the dogs well being overall. If the pet store has something to hide they wouldnt be doing it in thier very well cleaned grooming salon next to cash registers and cameras. Im sure any dog owner who has spoken with a vet regarding ear infection understands what is best for their pets own good and what steps to take to avoid a vet bill. I hope to see more superpets everywhere. If you havent been here, it is worth the drive and your money.

I went here strictly to look at their fish section so thats what Ill review. The fish here are awesome. There arent too many of every species (= tanks arent super overcrowded like in many stores) but the ones they do have are diverse. Stuff that I hadnt seen in other stores before: bumblebee gobies, "tiger guppies," and some others. Their fish show nice (not perfect) colors. Based on what they had, it looks like some local fish breeder contributes to their stock. Their saltwater selection is decent.

The staff are not only FRIENDLY but also very KNOWLEDGIBLE. When it comes to pets, animals, fish, reptiles,etc, they have more variety than the local petsmart and petco. AND THEIR PRICES...well unless petsmart or petco has a special promo sale, Super Pets everyday prices will keep your wallet fuller. Their store has DOUBLE the variety and brands than any other pet store unless compared to an warehouse. Save your time and $ and check out Super Pets already! :)

They carry many brands, but were out of the one I use, had to order and some of the communication was not good and went to the store more than once to pick up an order that was not there. Was a bit frustrating. I wish they would carry the Nutro Natural Balance Lame and Rice formula for SENIORS. My 16 year old lab has done very well on it and its the only brand that sells the lamb and rice formula specifically for senior dogs.

Annual huge dog food sale! First weekend of Dec, buy one get one 50% off. Canidae 44lb all stages is $54.99. We buy Smoothies yearly supply here, German shepherd mix (smaller, medium size): 4 bags for $179.82. They do rain check too. LOTS of staff to help carry things to your car, parking lot is full but theres street parking. Very informative staff here.

This store has the most superb customer service of any pet store I have shopped at. Not only do they do free delivery but they are so conscientious about each and every order and they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. They also have a great selection and their prices are comparable to other pet stores in the city.

I am only picking up this is regarding about your fish keeper or help. They should not blow thru the mouth to have the bag blow up, cause what we blow is carbon monoxide in which could kill the fish. About your employees they are friendly, but some kind still need more experience.

I love Super Pets. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The prices seem to be comparable to PETCO and petsmart if not cheaper. I used to live in temple city but now I drive from South Pasadena just because I like it so much better than any other pet store.

All the people there are so nice and helpful with all the questions I have. The place is neat and tidy. When I go for feeder fish for my turtles its lots of fun for my kid to look at the birds, bunnys, fish and every thing else they have.

They have similiar prices to petsmart but the quality seems to be better from Superpets, i buy superworms for my beardie and the worms are always fresh not dead or half eaten. Good job superpets
