My first experience here was probably less than a year ago to get my pet groomed and the women there hardly seemed to understand the way I asked to have my dogs hair cut and that I wanted the special shampoo because his skin is dry. When I returned to pick him up I noticed he had a ton of dandruff and as always they explain how the grooming went at the end. She told me she used the regular shampoo and I told her I had asked for the special one, she then said "oh yeah, thats the one I used", clearly it didnt seem like it. I left home and noticed a bald spot on him too late! Months later I went back to try the place out again since I hadnt seen that women there anymore. I explained to the groomers That Ive had a bad experience before and I just needed him to be taken care of right. The groomer reassured me everything would be fine. When I retuned to pick him up I asked to do an inspection on him before I paid due to the fact that their slogan is "if youre not satisfied, its free". Well as I was inspecting him I felt all the groomers eyes glaring at me and even the grooming manager asked "are you looking for something?" I felt rushed so I just paid for him. Once I went home I noticed to small cuts on the inner part of his thighs. I returned to complain and the grooming manager insisted that something happened at home within the ten minutes that we left. Then stated "Im not trying to call you a liar, but I watched you inspect him". I left, pissed. Now I found that he has a cut on his neck. Hes not a damn wild animal. Hes a small indoor dog that lays on my lap just to cuddle, not a dare devil out running through shattered glass. I dont plan to return to this location, Either on to Petsmart in Downey nearby or to the other gang, PETCO.

Ive been here a number of times with my stella. Shes a maltes/poodle mix. She was a mess. I took her in to see Michael and omg.. Shes so adorable now. He never lets me down he always does a great job and stella loves him!! Hes great with the animals Ive seen him interact with the pups and I can tell he loves animals every pup gets his special attention!! If u come to. This petsmart hes the one to see... No Disrespect to The other groomers Ive never seen there work... Thanks Michael sum 1 give this guy a raise!!!!

Worst place ever I walked in to buy some fishes the guy asked alot of questions and isisted for me to buy products and return another day for the fishes like wtf is your problem it pist me off like your their to assist me with what I want not with what u want I hate this place never going their again... And also I a Was walking around the store looking for someone who I went with and they were just following me... I dont recommend this place to anyone

Wont be shopping here anymore, the lady working in the fish department was trying to tell me and my kids how many fish I was allowed to buy and she wouldnt let me buy an algae eater (which isnt an aggressive fish) because she said "It will eat my other fish". I told my kids "well get our fish somewhere else" and walked out.

This store is awesome. Customer service met and exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge, friendliness and CS is amazing. I take my pet to get groomed there frequently. Priscilla her stylist is soooo nice and friendly. I will be loyal to pet smart.

We adopted a dog here. The service and recommendations the staff made were above and beyond anything I had thought. They were very patient with the different dogs our son wanted to spend time with.

Disappointed. Needed crickets for my dragons but employee was more concerned with helping co-worker (who was off the clock)out. I thought paying customers came first.
