I have been coming to the family owned pet shop for years now, great customer service and prices. I bought my three dog here, the owner is so nice and helpful she doesnt try to rip you off by telling you need all these things for your dogs she recommends what you really need and doesnt see you as $$ in her pocket. All the employees there really nice, they try to help you, and they serve you the dog food my pound too if you dont want to buy the big bag.. I recommend this place to anyone who cares about their animals

The owner needs to learn how to leave her problems from home out of her work place, ive been to this place since i was young and i really enjoyed it. the last 4 times ive been here have been nothing but terrible service, from her giving attitude to nasty remarks that are unnecessary. Hope you leave your problems at home next time, everyone has problems they have to deal with, people who go to your pet shop are genuinly happy and dont deserve to have your sour self ruining their day.

This place is bi polar. One day you walk in there and everyone is willing to help, next day the staff has the attitude of why are you bothering me by coming in here. They may have cleaned the store up some, but it still has a way to go. The woman does not like dealing with people very much. Asked her something and she kept on walking right past me to the back. walked out and went to another pet store to buy a filter

Cleanest pet shop ive been too. Really helpfull people there, all of them are just so helpful and would give you a deal that you cant pass up. I take my dog to get groomed every two weeks there and he just comes out wonderful for a very low price . I recommend this petshop for every one they have very low prices for really good products .

WARNING - Dont take your dog for grooming! I once took my maltese dog for grooming. It turned out that the careless animal keepers "accidentaly" let my dog escape... My dog was missing for 3 days untill I found him dead on a street nearby. I miss my dog very much, he was my best friend. :( :( This pet shop can go to hell.

Cheap Wild Bird Food Only 3 bucks for big bag **** Small Warning °some people have reported their dogs gone missing when grooming so be careful when grooming your dog or cat *** ° and some report of bad customer service. As for the prices they are great :)

Take my two Maltese to get groomed and the owner treats them like her own while making sure they dont get hurt / run away . I highly recommend this place over petco they seem to read a guide WHILE grooming she has years of experience !

Love the love they have for our dogs. The lady that works there explains very good and with detail if our dogs are sick. I will definetly go there again.

They gave my puppy a shot that wasnt stored and refrigerated properly. It almost killed my puppy. I try contacting them and they ignored me.
