The management of this store is professional, the regular staff is RUDE. I walked in the store and I asked for feeder mice because they are the cheapest. The female filipino 20 something staff member told me they dont carry feeder mice, only frozen. So then I just asked for the rodent section. She gave me a nasty look and instead of walking me to the section she just pointed and walked away. She apparently reported on me because the manager came over and asked me what type of reptile I owned. I explained that the female staffer only assumed I was a reptile owner. I went on to explain that I do not own any pets. I have an elderly friend who is hospitalized. I am caring for his cat. The friend is retired and the cat is used to having the owner around all the time. I felt bad that the cat had to be alone so much more than the amount to which it was accustom. I went into this store to buy A) A mouse B) A plastic ball in which the mouse could run around freely so the cat could chase it without killing it. When I explained why I was there the manager professionally directed me to motorized mice saying his store would not sell me a mouse as a cat toy even in a situation where my ultimate goal was not the mouses death because the mouse could have a heart attack while in the exercise ball under the circumstances I described. This manager was professional and affable while explaining Petsmarts policies. I chose the motorized mouse. The manager did a good job of "turning that frown upside down" and consequently getting a sale out of me. As I was walking to the counter to pay for the motorized mouse I passed the same female staffer and I said "Excuse me maam, I do not own pets at all". She just starred at me and said nothing. From behind me the manager said "Okay. Our apologies". The manager was professional enough to A) Actually ASK me if I owned reptiles B)Apologize for the staffer making incorrect assumptions about me. When that staffer did not apologize on her own I put the motorized mouse down and left with no purchase. Businesses that employ rude people do not get my money.

Wasted 30 minutes driving to get to this stupid location& all for them to tell me that their vet wont see my pug,to cut her nails (as she hates her nails being cut)&they wont see her without records that they are the ones who should have them? They said they left a message for me???? Seriously? If you are gonna lie to my face, make up a better lie,as I had 0 missed calls&no voicemail was ever lleft & I just stood there &held the phone to the Receptionist...or whatever she wants to call herself. I had her nails cut at this location 7 months before& a few days after having her nails cut during that "super long" 3 second nail trimming session, she came down with Kennel Cough& I brought her back & of course they denied it. Ridiculous waste of time& super unprofessional. If you are going to be lazy; just say so& Ill gladly go elsewhere. They just just want more $, & I refuse to have her vaccinated more times than are Ever needed. Plus; when was the last time ANYONE saw a PUG with Rabies???? Banfield has Lost me as any customer forever& I have 0 respect for Banfield, esp after having to pay over 800 dollars to get her the Medications&BS exams& cheaply done tests & ALl just to to fix the Kennel Cough THEY gave to her. Seriously....stupidity,laziness& a lack of accountability; All done on THEIR part. Sorry, I guess its my fault that their "Vet" refuses to touch any dogs w/o records...BC if I had a really sick dog; like Id trust a 6 week out of Vet school grad, with my Dogs life? I just wanted to get her damn nails trimmed. So enough is enough. Done& Banfield is Banned!!

Wow, I cant say enough about the staff and especially the Store Manager Earle. He went above and beyond and actually helped my girlfriend and I decide that we were going to keep a dog we found instead of finding him a good home (he didnt know he did that). He helped with all of our questions and was very enthusiastic the whole time we were there! I have recommended any of my friends with animals to come to his store because he and his staff will take care of their customers. Please give Earle a raise! He deserves it with the type of passion he brings with him to work.

Never again. I decided to replace some fishes that had passed away. I went and told them I needed 4 fish. I told them what kind of fishes I had. They told me what kind they recommended by the time I left I felt so happy. When I got home I placed the bag in the water then I waited to place the fish in the tank. When I finally placed them in the water my boyfriend got home and showed me that the new fishes had ick. I told him I would get the treatment. But now every morning I find one of my fishes dead with out a tail. My happy tank is ruined.

I walked in may 26th 2013. Three staff members greeted me at the door amd asked if I was looking for anything in particular. One guy helped me out and was very knowledgeable of crates, foods, and introduced puppy coupon package deals. Staff members throughout the store had acknowledged me and asked if I needed any help. Point here being... the staff seems to want to help their customers. This location also has a full service animal hospital. Would recommend any friend here.

This is my local petsmart, Im here a couple times a week. The staff here is friendly but not always the most knowledgeable but Im ok with that. I wish they had a larger selection of pet supplies because sometimes they just dont carry what I need. For example I came in to get a cone for my cat who had a wound and they didnt have any small enough. I had to go to a vet to find one. Overall though for what I do buy here, this place serves its purpose.

Very upset at the fact the two people I asked could not help me or atleast re-direct me to some one who could have potentially answered a question I had. I went in on 1/11/16 @9pm and the lady working register with short black hair was very rude & simply just looks like she absolutely hates her job. I had to ask if she could send me someone who could help me twice and both those times I was ignored and not helped ! Terrible customer service

They dont restock the shelves and refuse to check the back stock for my dogs food. Its 10:54 am, how have you sold out of a popular brand if dog food? Please learn how to reorder and restock before your current supply runs out because you are inhibiting my ability to do so... Looks like Petco will get my business today and in the future. They understand supply and demand better.

Nice place. I bring my dog for the grooming service. It has been a good experience so far. The price is decent and the service is in reality pretty good. The only downside is that they are quite inaccurate with their service duration estimations (takes longer than estimated). Anyway, still love the service and would definitely recommend.
