Prices kept changing the groomers were not communicating very well. My dog was not giving the haircut I asked for. Plus she left extremely scared, and has been scared ever since. She is sick and hides. Plus she wont let anyone touch her. I dont know what they did to her. But definitely dont recommend it.

Would like to know if it is allowed to sit in through the grooming with your pet? If anyone know if its allowed or knows of a place where youre allowed to sit through out the grooming of your dog to make sure theyre okay in the area of bell or southgate. Thank you in advance.

Took my dog to get full grooming service. The guy told me they would not have to cut so much hairs, they were gonna do a teddy bear face(long story short) my dog came out looking like a rat. Worst gromming ever. Dont know why they have 4.4 stars.

great grooming place for your dog. we take our dog every first weekend of every month, he comes back happy and with a bow tie. havent had a bad experience and i hope we never do.
