Decent selection of good pet foods like Evo, Wellness, Natural Balance, and many others. Decent prices. Great sales. Wonderful customer service. They have animals for adoption on the weekends and they do not sell any animals (please do not support stores that sell animals since they come from puppy/kitten mills). This is certainly a much better store than Petsmart and Petco. I made the mistake of visiting the Santa Monica store once and the service was horrible there but its always been wonderful at the Pasadena location. But I would probably go there anyway since I need affordable, high quality food for my cats.

Big selection and high quality products that include all the exotic protein based dry catfood labels and varieties my pampered pet cannot live without. Friendly and knowledgeable employees who understand the loving bond we have with our pets. Good selection of toys , treats, brushes and combs, feeding dishes etc.. Very convenient location across from Target in East Pasadena on Colorado. Ample parking.

For a 50 lb. chicken layer feed bag, $27 buckaroos was the price! Usually, $20 is rather high, and $18 is normal! This store, according to my mom, cared too much about animals to think about the affordability of their prices to the pet owners. Seriously, Go to Steves Feed on N Lake Ave, right between the intersections of Marcheta and Beverly Way (on the west side of Lake)

Friendly service and good variety of pet holistic foods. EveryOne who works here is really pleasant and always offer help to your car. I prefer here then Petco or Pet smart just on range of choices alone. Also when you join their rewards/emailer program (which is free) they provide you with gift cards off your next purchase when you spend up to certain limits.

This place has so many types of healthy pet food varieties! I love this place... it takes me about 20-25 minutes for me to get there but their selection is far superior to PetSmart or PetCo. My dogs love coming here and getting free treats from the staff. They even have free samples of dog treats that are new or on sale.

Nice pet store with a great variety of products. The staff is always really nice and helpful and theyll often offer to bring your stuff out to your car. You can sign up for the customer loyalty program to get 10% off every time your purchase is equal or higher than $35. Overall a great store with plenty of parking!
