Be nice if someone acknowledged you when you were in there. I moved here to CA with ZERO furniture, and need 5 rooms filled with the new house. Spotted their store online and fell in love. Traveled 23 miles today to go and ck them out. Waste of time. One salesperson was behind the counter, chatting with a customer (I believe). Barely looked at me when I walked by. I thought I would AT minimum receive a "Hello", or a "Let us know if we can help you". Then another helping a couple went behind the counter, and as he looked up from the computer to tell a couple there something, I smiles at him hoping he was about to say hello..but instead he glanced towards me, then ACTUALLY leaned over and looked past me to say something to them. Sorry, was I in YOUR WAY???? Beautiful stuff, not over-priced...well not for us, but I have no interest in putting my money where someone cant even be bothered with politeness. Shame. BUT, not MY loss. What in the world happened to customer service???????????????????? Oh well, on to find another store that wants my money. :-/

My wife and I found a table we loved online. We wanted to get a glance of it before we bought it, and discovered that Town Square, although they didnt have the table on their floor, at least had the matching chairs. I mentioned that we were about to buy the table online, and they offered to give us the best online price if we ordered it through them. It was no loss to us, and now we had a personal contact. Not only that, but they also ordered another matching chair on our behalf so that we could try it out before we committed to buying it. We didnt end up buying that set of matching chairs, but when we did find a suitable chair at another store, Town Square again undercut the competition and sold us the chairs we wanted at a much better price. Keeping a brick and mortar store alive in this e-climate is tough, but these guys do the right thing.

We had a lot of unexpected family visiting for our sons wedding and needed a sleeper sofa at a good price and delivered quickly! Jeff & Roy of Town Square Furniture couldnt have been any more accommodating and helpful! We got a VERY nice Samuel Sleeper Sofa at a wonderful price AND it was amazed at how quickly it was delivered and setup for us! Town Square Furniture has found a customer for life! Thank you!!

Accidentally found this place while driving by. These guys are great. No heavy sales pressure, relaxed atmosphere. When you want some info, you get it with plenty of good humour, these guys could be comedians. They also expedited the manufacture of our sofa and had it made within 2 weeks rather than the usual 5 weeks, delivered on time on our move in date. Exceptional service. Highly recommend.

I bought my tv wall unit from Town Square because I could not find the color or style I was looking for anywhere else. The service was great and I only had to wait for a few weeks to get the custom unit to my house! Even the delivery service guys gave great service by moving it to exactly where I needed it using rugs and rollers. I will be back when I need my couch. Mik

Rude customer service. I walk in and mention how another store is offering lower price for the same table, so I ask if they could price match, but the salesperson just yells at me and says why dont i just shop there. Amazing how rude and retarded some people are. never going back.

Town Square may have something worth buying but they dont seem to care about the person making the purchase. My encounter with the rude salesperson prompted me to take my money elsewhere.

I got an great cal king frame and headboard from these guys and i love it! My bedroom has completely transformed because of it and i am very happy with the all solid wood quality and finish.
