Cant wait to get this cheap Chinese garbage out of my house. This garbage comes in on shipping containers. Anybody who says that this is quality furniture is joking. Ill let anyone come by my place and see how my mattress and sofa set has diminished in 2 years and i live alone with no kids. The sofa was done in a year and showing staples, you fall inside when you sit down, the mattress has been creaking since day one and cant be flipped. A number one sign of garbage. The sofa pillows came apart within 6 months. Its sad that people sell this trash just for money and they say is American made. I cant believe i bought this trash. I will start a Facebook page and put pics and start a consumer report page and shut these garbage businesses down. I could have bought Ashley furniture for what i paid. Never buy a leather anything from there either. It will be bonded leather which is nothing but cheap trash. I could have got better stuff from Ikea and thats garbage also. Never buy from these maggots. If you leave a comment Ill let you see what i got and show you receipts from when i bought it. I have no pets either. Should have went on Craigslist or Offer up and bought used.

We still have not received our furniture we purchased in full at the beginning of April--all of which was supposedly in stock and was supposed to be delivered the day after purchase. They have failed to reach out to us or respond to our attempts to reach out to them. We keep getting promises of calls that never happen. We are currently disputing the charges through our credit card company. I wish wed read the reviews before going to this store--were out over a grand for nothing. This is a company that states "no refunds" on their receipt and "sales are final" (though if you didnt ever receive purchased items--in other words no goods exchanged--is it really a sale?). I know why now, they CAN NOT and WILL NOT back their products and services.

I got a great deal on a special ordered dinning room table on black Friday weekend. After finally three weeks of waiting it came and I brought it home but I only got 4 chairs when I ordered 6 and when I opened the box of the table it was broken. So I called them the next day and let them know. They re-ordered me a new table and the other two missing chairs. but I had to wait another 3 weeks for it to come and send them lots of pictures of the damage. When the second table came they delivered it to my house for free and build the set for us. which helped alot. Bottom line this company has nice emplyees and they have great prices but if your in a hurry to get new furniture this place might not be the one for you.

Worst customer service EVER! Everything was fine until the delivered the WRONG mattress. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said once the mattress left the store there was no returns. We paid $900 for a extra firm mattress and received a mattress extra soft mattress. Finally Caleb agreed to look at it if we brought it back to store. We had to spend MORE money out of OUR pocket to rent a truck to get it back to the store. Then they sang a different tune. "Oh wow! Looks like a factory defect!" They just lost my whole families business. We have been customers for 22 yrs. But we did not know that these are new owners since 2 yrs ago. Save yourselves money and heart ache and buy from a trust worthy source.

Best experience ever !!! I had a horrible time at Ashleys furniture. I was looking for furniture (since i just moved here) and honestly i was kinda skeptical about coming to foothills because i had heard bad reviews on it especially with customer service. But we decided to go and as soon as i walked in through the door Kaleb welcomed us ! He helped us and saved us a lot of money. Everyone was soo nice we told him exactly what we wanted and he gave us our perfect bedroom set and livingroom set. and we got our furniture the same day!! I am no longer going anywhere else. Best place to go hands down!!

BIG HUGE SCAM HUGE SCAM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU DO NOT APPROVE, THEN CHARGE YOU A RESTOCK FEE OF 25%. THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE CANNOT HElP YOU BUT WILL GIVE A REALLY HARD TIME WHILE HE PERTENDS THAT HE CAN HELP YOU. THIS IS NOT A GOOD FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS IT IS RUN BY A RIPE OFF FAMILY. MY SUGGUESTION IS THAT YOU GO TO MOR FURNITURE YOU NOT GET RIPED OFF AND NO ONE PLAYS GAME WITH YOU ALL UP FRONT AND HONEST. THATS WHY I SUGGEST NO FAMILY BUSINESS STAY AWAY IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I love this furniture store!! They took great care of my needs and always have! Great local/family business for sure! They are personable and real, which is something I look for when spending my hard earned money. They also sell quality furniture at a really great price, which means sometimes waiting for my order but I get that anywhere I have purchased furniture so I will take the kind hearted warm personalities over the pushy salesman anyday!

We went in to buy a couch for our new house. The salesperson was friendly and professional even though we walked in fifteen minutes before closing. When we were between two couches he didnt try to sell the one that was $300 more. He took into consideration what we had told him about our needs and convinced us the less expensive was the best choice. We will be going back to our dining room and bedroom sets when we have more time.

Such a fun experience! I normally hate going to stores with traditional salespeople (furniture stores, car dealerships, etc) but everyone was super friendly and there was NO pressure at all. They didnt follow us around, either - major plus. We got a great price for a dining room set and are now considering a sofa/loveseat set. So much better than dealing with the pirrahhnas at Ashley.

TERRIBLE family business. Was not given what was promised, instead they charged extra. Mattresses are good but the service and lying to your customers is just terrible.. Thank god you guys did this when we bought the mattresses! We were eyeing a few of the bed frames and one of those nice dining tables BUT we will go somewhere else now. Thank you very much for that.

Great customer service! Super helpful and nice without being pushy like other places I have shopped. We got a great quality couch at a great price because as we checked out he told us about their awesome military offers. Would like to note that if youre not having your larger furniture delivered, make sure you bring someone with you to help load it.
