Went in got a 399 dollar mattress, almost a week ago. I used the progressive leasing option. I paid 53 toward my first payment and somehow still owe 450 after that??? I believe she (Dahney) put in the wrong amount because taxes arent even that much, she didnt even know how to use the system. I had to tell her how to even look up my name in the computer. WTF, train your people. She then ran my card in the store for another 53 dollars and I told her that seems wrong and she was like oh no thats how we do it, sure enough I check my bank app RIGHT THERE and show her to her face that I was double charged from the store and progressive. I had to go back the next day to give my card info for my refund on 7/14. I call today and speak to the Manager Greg and asked why I havent gotten my money back and he says "oh its been sitting on my desk let me call". He rushed me off the phone and seemed annoyed with me when he called back to tell me Ill get my money in another 3 days. Not to mention the first time I went in the other woman just followed me around with a dirty look on her face. Wtf, I wont be dealing with these people anymore. The hassle isnt worth it. Neither are the pushy sales people.

The worst customer service ever! My bed broke and its still under warranty. I called the store and spoke to the manager Greg and for some reason my receipt was not in there system to verify my bed! I was advised to go call and email over my receipt thank god I keep everything. I did just that and now Im getting the run around about when they will fix my bed or replace it! It has now been a month the manager has not assisted in anyway! And my bed you got it is still broken! I will never ever ever do business or recommend my family to do business with this sorry a** store! Stay away this story is no good!!!!

If I could award them negative stars I would. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. My husband and I recently tried purchasing a queen mattress set from this store. They sold us a full mattress set and we didnt realize it until we got it home. We had to take it back and ended up arguing with the staff and manager. Why and how did this experience have to go down into flames? I’m actually holding the manager accountable for the whole thing. This is his store and he’s responsible for his employees and everything that happens in that store. Steer clear of this store.

Greeted within a few minutes of entering a very large store, but she let me look around without "shark circling" like salespeople tend to do. I found the dresser I wanted, but didnt need a mirror - she worked out all the details in a matter of minutes! Furniture was delivered within a week. It was a great experience, a nice solid piece of furniture, and for not much more than the garbage you have to assemble yourself.

When we came in to look for mattresses, not one sales person greeted us. Even after looking around for half an hour we still were not approached. If youre busy with other customers at least still acknowledge that youll be with us or someone us will. We ended up leaving.
