Overpriced. I didnt actually purchase my product from here but just wanted to let people know that they are very overpriced. I originally went in to price a Kincaid dining set with them as Kincaid is a la-z-boy company. The price they gave me on the first visit was 4600 (without tax or delivery). I then did some research and found a price with another company for around 2800 (without tax but had delivery). Decided I would give this La-z-boy a shot to price match as they were closer than this other company and when I tried to have them price match, they came back with a price of 3700 (without tax but had delivery). So they originally came in 2,000 high and the best they could do was still a 1,000 high. So the next time you are looking around I wouldnt even bother going to this store as they are very overpriced. Save your time and your money. (I am giving them 2 stars however because the staff was always very prompt when I went in there)

I have six lazy boy chairs, they eall still work great except the last one I bought. I bought it in 2012 and the leg rest broke, the springs broke and the leg rest felt wobbly when new and not very strong like my other older ones. The older ones are solid I feel like they will last forever, the new one did not feel the same it was cheap. I bought the extended warranty and when I called they asked me when the leg rest piece broke and I told him six months ago and they told me they wouldnt cover it because I have to tell them within 30 days, which is not right to me. It shouldnt matter when I told them if it broke it broke. The leg rest hangs down on the right side tilting. Almost feel I need to buy a new chair that if its like this one Im not going to buy it and thats too bad because Ive been buying the lazy boys for 30 years

I had the best customer service I ever had,They are professional even the young man I spoke with knew his product inside and out. Took the time with me explaining why the are the best on the market to go with. He opened cushions up told me the, 7 layers,NON RECYCLED FOAM even wrapped with 4 layers of memory foam. When it came to reclining, 3 different locking leg settings, the ability to recline without having the foot rest up. I tried the gibson and almost fell asleep while he was talking, I now have it in my home forget pressuring sales people go there and make the decision for you self NO COMPARISON. SUPPORT OUR MILITARY,BUY US MADE ,PAST 7 YEAR TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY,THAT MEAN FREE PARTS FOR LIFE AND UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP.AAA BETER BUSINESS RATING!!!!

Upholstery work on the new pieces I received was shoddy. There is a hole in one seam and exposed raw fabric edges on the back of the recliner as well as crooked seaming on the seat of the chair. The loveseat has a loose arm and threads hanging out of several seams. There has been a mix-up (run around?) regarding scheduling of a service person to address these issues through the service office. This is my third recliner from Lazboy over a 40 year period and it is more than evident that quality control/workmanship from this company has greatly declined from past decades. These pieces should never have left the factory in their current state.

Similar to previous comment. Been customers for 20+ years at this store, but no more. Our order had a messed up pillow. We were told it would be reordered and now under the new management there is nothing that can be done and we still have the messed up pillow. Sorry, but there is *always* something that can be done; some sort of compromise/agreement. They refused so were going to a different La-Z-Boy to place our new order. Several stores in the PS area are under a new management group(?) but this one isnt going to see us anymore.

Bought a new recliner and after using it for a couple of weeks my back was killing me. I called to ask if there was anything I could do and was told nope, you have three days and thats it. No offer to help, replace, exchange, nothing. There are also threads showing now and Ive only had it one month! They got my money this time - but the will NEVER get another dime from me.

I knew what features I wanted in a new recliner and Eddie showed me several great choices. I was able to get just what I wanted. I liked it that a real person (no robo-call) called to confirm my delivery time and to make sure that I had received my chair. Pleasant, efficient, and professional. Thanks!

Wife and I bought furniture on may 25th 2009 and were told 8 - 9 weeks for delivery. Now it is 9-15-09 16 weeks later and still no furniture. The franchised owners filled bankruptcy and took of with all the money and didnt place or fill any orders. Buyer beware of Lazy boy for the time being

I will not be purchasing from them. The chairs were just not good quality and the prices were definitely way overpriced. We had shopped around and their "Sale price" was pretty much LIST price. I dont recommend them.

Service was outstanding. Made in the USA, completely customizable, and the chairs and leather sofa are gorgeous and comfortable!

They sell the name la-Z-Boy. If you want to own over priced furniture because it says the name, shop here.
