This store has terrible service. I’ve noticed the scratches on some of the furniture as well. They dont know how to treat customers with basic respect. We purchased many pieces of furniture from that store - from bedroom to living room sets over the past few years. Recently, we wanted to make an exchange, we were told to speak with the owner, we did but he wouldnt give us a valid answer. A simple YES or NO! They kept stalling us for two weeks, every time we would call the store the sales reps would tell us hes either not there or he will call us back, which he never did. We had to go to the store personally and when we arrived we had to wait two hours just to speak with him. They didnt acknowledge our existence and/or presence; he made no attempt at communication and avoided eye contact. The owner treated us with a complete lack of respect. Instead of dealing with his customers, he was socializing with his close friend about their childhood life – VERY RUDE! We asked kindly if we could speak with him, he said yes after “Im done with the other person.” After patiently waiting two hours, the store had already been closed, finally his friend decided to leave. The owner didnt have any other choice but to speak to us. He asked what were doing there so late as if he didnt even notice we came there two hours ago waiting for him. Anyway, long story short, we spoke with him...he demanded a photo of the bed and the receipt; luckily I had that with me. Then he said, I cant give you an answer tonight Im already closed, you came so late…I will have to call you back tomorrow. Are you serious? I was not happy with that answer, I asked him right then and there if he could simply give me a YES or NO! I did not want to waste my time anymore waiting for them to get back to me. Then, he said "ABSOLUTELY NO." I said thank you and let him know there would be no need for him to continue to stall me, lie or make fake promises!!

We purchased a sectional, bed, and lift-top coffee table in January in preparation for a new home. The builder of our home was delayed multiple times; Eurosclassic was very helpful and kept our furniture safe for over a month while the builder finished our home. Each time I needed an extension the team was very respectful and delivered 5-star customer service. When we finally were able to move into our home, Euroclassic delivered the day after closing, giving us a fresh start in our new home with new furniture. It was incredible. We have used the sectional and bed for several months now and we are very impressed with the quality. We have an guest coming so we needed to set up a guest bedroom and we wanted to turn a spare bedroom into an tv room. We wanted just the right side of the sectional we previously purchased so we returned to the store yesterday to inquire. They called the manufacturer and we learned it would take eight weeks for special order to get just the one section we wanted. The store placed the order but delivered to me today the one section I wanted from what was in stock in their showroom!!!! Amazing. So they sold me the exact section of a sectional I wanted and will do the waiting for the special order to come. Meanwhile 24 hours after my purchase I sit here and type this review on our new sofa. The customer service is incredible. Great work!

They made me to prepay the furniture and did not deliver some items. I called the store and talked to the owner asking on the delivery status. He was rude and hung up on me. Ive made two purchases at that store in the past couple months and I had issues with the delivery for both my purchases as they never delivered my items in time. They kept saying the truck was late and they could not deliver in time. After I left one star feedback on here, the customer service lady called me and said my furniture was ready for delivery. They delivered it and even assembled my coffee table. They said they are trying to improve their work, so hopefully, they will fix all delivery issues soon. All sales representatives and delivery guys are very nice and helpful, but the owner needs to either show good manners and respect talking to customers or avoid any customer interaction, if he does not want customers slip away. I am changing my one star review to three stars because they did deliver my furniture... finally. If they did not have delivery issues and the owner was polite and helpful to customers replying their questions, I would give them 5 stars.

So glad I stopped by. I had been looking for a console table to put my TV on, but I was having a hell of a time finding the right size and shape table that wasnt in the mid-century modern style. They didnt have anything in stock that was quite right, but the young woman working was really helpful and let me look through a book of tables until I found exactly what I was looking for. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but it was around Christmastime, so that was understandable. Shipping and delivery were free, and the table was in great condition. But I didnt follow directions putting it together and totally messed it up. It sat in my living room for weeks until I finally called back for help. They sent two guys out the same day, and they fixed my table no problem, offered to set it up and took all the packing trash. And they wouldnt even accept a tip! Very impressed with this place – thats what you get when you shop local.

Just bought recently items from them and i complaint about the scratches on the table and they said cant change the item. No warranty though they said has warranty if any problems. It was the display item and the lady told me it is what i ordered i should see it. My gosh! Do they have quality control? If they know that the item has damage why they deliver bad items to the customer? Is it my job to check it;s damage? Im tired of their lies and i have to bear with this table which everytime i see it in my house, it pissed me off. I will try to sell it. Their items was so expensive and interest free is not true coz the price that they put was almost half. I bought from them coz i thought their items was unique i found it out it is available online on a cheaper price. So much regret and never ever recommended this to my friends and i want to put my review here to make people aware of what they are getting.

Largest selection I have ever seen in Portland. My family has been buying from Jon at Euroclassic Furniture. For over a decade. My brother has 8 children and purchased a couch and love seat from Jon at an extremely reasonable price. They used those couches for over 8 years. The children jumped and went bonkers on those couches. I used to sleep on them when ever I would visit. Which was very often and they were always super comfortable. Talk about quality furniture. When they decided to replace their couches they were still in great condition. Because of my brothers experience with Jon I bought my first house and furnished my entire home through Jon. The ladies in the store helped me decorate my home beautifully. I am so grateful for this store and will not shop anywhere else for my furniture!
