We were thrilled with our La-Z-Boy furniture experience. Cindy helped me relax and enjoy the ride, from the beginning. I am just not a "natural" when shopping for furniture, so I avoid it!! I have needed new furniture for several years, but did not have the knack for selecting the right couch or chairs or lamps or...or anything. So now was the time to let them guide me on the whole living room. Cindy helped me consider furniture that would be comfortable and beautiful. I imagine they can help anyone select everything they need or want within a day or less, but I needed longer. They were happy to work with me at my pace, without any pressure. They came to my home, not only to measure and look at my room, but to take pictures and to hear about our interests. Within two days of the home visit, Cara and Cindy were prepared with a very helpful and beautiful room design presentation. My husband was pleased with their "hard work and impressive ideas". I was astonished at how warm and beautiful my living room could look. Anything we asked they were happy to answer. Anything we did not love, they had other wonderful ideas. We were pleased and comfortable with our hard decision - made EASY - by the staff at La-Z-Boy. Thanks Cara and Cindy!

LazyBoy stands behind their products. I bought a sofa and loveseat upholstered in a beautiful plum colored fabric of MY choosing. Unfortunately, after only about a year, the upholstery was showing significant signs of wear (the pile wearing away, pilling, etc. Our previous couch lasted about 10 years and look great til we sold it on CraigsList). I checked the warranty and I had already surpassed the 1 year deadline. I submitted a 1-star review on their website saying "Choose your fabric carefully..." Although the couches were still sumptuously comfortable, I was so disappointed. Soon after placing my review, I received a call from the LazyBoy headquarters. They sent someone out to take pictures and subsequently agreed that they needed to replace my furniture!! I was so thrilled, I almost cried. Im not good at standing up for myself but with LazyBoy, they totally did the right thing by me. I have not stopped telling friends and family what a great place to buy furniture.

We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy in Happy Valley! Not only were Meg, Cindy, and Cara exceptionally knowledge and pleasant, they gave us space and time to wander and make decisions. Whenever we had a question, they provided an answer and an explanation. Because we never felt rushed or pressured, we ended up feeling very pleased with our final purchases, happy with the design Cara laid out for us, and glad they helped us find the perfect high quality furnishings at a reasonable price. This is a furniture store that goes well beyond selling comfortable, attractive furnishings. Because of the staff members we will be back and will recommend La-Z-Boy to our friends.

Went in on 3 separate occasions to place 2 furniture orders. Spoke with 3 different sales people and all were extremely helpful. Meg had great ideas for coordinating a sofa bed and recliner to satisfy our contemporary taste. Chet was very accommodating when, on our second visit, Meg was not in the store. He explained the financing option and also explained the no commission policy which pleases us, as it means everyone gave great customer service. On our third visit (for a different order) Kathy was very helpful in finding a deal for us in the clearance dept.

Purchased a double recliner and am pleased with the customer service and construction of the item, however, DO NOT purchase the special stain warranty that includes a spray on substance that is suppose to repel and prevent stains. If youre not absolutely sure exactly how the stain got there and the substance that made it, the warranty company denies your claim. When you need to file a claim, Lazy-Boy refers you to the company and was not helpful. I rarely purchase these "add ons"...Now I know why...

Nice helpful salespeople. Nice showroom. I love the fact its an old AMERICAN company. And I love the old photo of the 2 men who started the company; that really sets you apart from places selling cheap imports. And I love that you make most of your products domestically. (I understand much of the fabric is imported.) Picking up the chair was easy and the nice man who loaded it wrapped it in plastic (it was raining and I had to carry it in an open-bed pickup). I appreciated that!

Started out with a nice man explaining the different types of rocker recliners they had. Wasnt ready to purchase but when we did come back, ordered exactly what we wanted. It was going to take 4-5 weeks but that was ok. Wanted a fabric that wasnt normally stocked. Received it and it was just what I ordered. My first purchase of a La-Z-Boy recliner was in 2003 and I am just now replacing it. Great quality.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at La-z-boy thanks to Cindy. In need of replacement recliners (giving old ones to family) I walked in, was greeted and in 30-minutes had exactly what I wanted and in the color I wanted. Then my daughter found some closeout furniture for $101 and now we are all happy!! Such a wonderful experience. Thanks Cindy...you rock!!

Cindy at LZB was so helpful and patient with us that I also ended up buying a recliner for my husband. Got a good price on our new Love seat. It looks great, the delivery guys were on time, they called ahead to make sure we were prepared and it only took them a few minutes to get the Love seat up stairs and put together.

Id give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered our furniture on Sept 5, 2015. As of Dec 25, we have received one piece. Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings are over, both without our furniture.
