Go into this store and ask for Lilly! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even made buying a bed FUN! We have bought many beds, but no one has ever taken the time or had the expertise to explain the differences to us and guide us to the right bed, not the bed we thought we wanted. The other great thing about this company is you can return the bed within 120 nights if you dont like it. We actually returned a memory foam mattress to this company after 3 years, they prorated it and we went to a Beauty Rest Black .... the MOST comfortable bed weve ever own, better even that most of the 5 star hotel mattresses weve slept on. Thank you Lilly for taking such good are of us :)!!!

Definitely spend the time wirh your mattress. The one I got is too firm and it really takes 6 months to know if a mattress is right for you. I would say in this regard they are not helpful or doing good business. I would have preferred to have traded it it in for something softer. I spend over 5k for my temperpedic and movable base. The base is great, the bed is terriblly stiff. Boo. So much for a good night sleep.
