The sales floor experience was not bad. They waved the delivery fee which was nice, but as it turns out we would have been better off delivering it ourselves. We showed the guy the back entrance and explained that it was a strait shot, but he insisted that the front was the way to go despite the super awkward corner that I pointed out specifically. Long story short they scratched up my newly painted wall and exploded a mercury toxic CFL light bulb - I pointed out the light bulb, but he smashed it anyway - twice. They then dragged the couch into the living room dragging tiny toxic shards of glass, pulled the cover off of it and left. When we called to complain, Brothers offered to buy us a new light bulb...seriously. His attitude was that by waiving the delivery fee they were somehow exempt from any responsibility. We will never shop there again and I dont advise anyone else to.

We purchased two bar chairs that were "special order" which meant that they came from one of the other warehouses and they had to put the legs on them. I took them home, they did not work with the counter and I tried to return them. Although the receipt states returns for store credit only, they refused to follow that and said they could do nothing for us!! So over $200 later and two chairs we cannot use, I am here to tell you that this is the worst business attitude I have ever seen. And we have purchased from them in the past. Never again. I am in business myself, and you always want to work with your customers in problem solving
