We worked with Omar this month and as we were "shopping around", he provided all the information we asked for regarding furniture models, sizes, durability, etc. Once we decided on some items, Omar offered us pricing that was either better than or at least equal to all other pricing, including online. We know that for a fact, after price shopping multiple locations for a full living room set. And, a day or two after purchase, we did wind up asking for some light warranty work to be done on a wrinkle in the back of the love seat. Omar ordered the work through the certified provider, we were given advance notice and the needed work was done quickly and correctly. Our experience at this Furniture Plus location and with Omar specifically, has been outstanding. We strongly urge you to include this store in your shopping itinerary. Gary and Judy

Best place i have been to so far in the portland area! great customer service. listened to all my needs. and took care of me better then i expected. gave me many options in my price range. and got things ordered up. best price in town. my advice. if you dont find what they have in there showroom floor, then go find what you like any place else. write down product number. and go to Furniture Plus. they will order it up with the best price.

Our salesman was Omar. He was extremely helpful. My wife and I have been to a lot of furniture places. Omar had the most knowledge about sofas than anyone else we have met. He didnt pressure us into buying anything. The prices here are excellent! After we purchased he kept us informed on the shipping status of our sofas. We will definitely be returning when we need any other furniture. Kudos to Omar!!!

I bought a mattress and boxspring here for a guest room. I purchased a bed frame with the money I saved. I picked it up myself, but I have a friend that bought a bedroom set and had it delivered and mentioned that he had a good experience. I would recommend this store and Omar the salesman.

The bed we ordered was delivered over a month after we were told it would be, it wasnt the bed we even ordered (most likely less expensive than the one we bought) ,and they gave us a broken bed frame. So now I have to go out of pocket and buy a bed frame elsewhere. I feel ripped off.

Id never shop there based on the owners. Had to tell them multiple times to slow down and get off their phones while driving in our parking lot, they dont seem to care about life and limb
