This store has been noting but Horrible to myself and my family since they opened. We previously contacted the store stating that after the work they did on our Escalade the lug nut cover was broken after never having any issues prior to their work. The store manager had called us and said he was apologetic and that he would replace the cover since we had been customers with all of our vehicles for many many years. Well he never did. Yesterday I took my Vw beetle in because we had a screw in the tire. After they removed the tire they had told me that the tires were at 5 and 6 and at a 4 they would need to be replaced. They then discussed the specials they had on tires ect. I said no I just wanted to fix the screw. Well it was too late the man had taken a flat head screw driver SHOVED it into the tread and removed the rubber to show me the wires underneath. He walked out with the screw driver STILL SHOVED INTO MY TIRE! I was livid and told them I would not be buying a new tire or the one they offered to me that was used. They assumed if they destroyed my tire I would purchase. He then told me he couldnt for safety reasons they would not put that tire back on my car so he would give me the used one for free. I told them my daughter worked for a dealership and I could get new ones cheaper from her. He then slammed her work and suggested they would only be giving me a deal because they would be giving me bad tires and I should consider that. After returning home I realized that the tire they had given me was a michelin filled with air, my tires are pirellis filled with nitrogen and I would need the tire they ruined back. When I went back to the store (20 min later) they couldnt find my tire. While I waited for them to find it I heard one man on the phone with another discount store bragging about how they "had sold more tires and made more profit." No surprise there with their shady antics. Finally they found my tire and then told me that since I wanted it back they would need theirs back calling it now a loaner tire. What happened to it being free? I did not even want their tire. All I wanted was for them to patch mine and not destroy it so they could try to force me to buy something from them. This was apparently too much to ask for. How is a store like this still in business? I am distraught and angry, where do we go from here?

Today I had the worst flat tire ever ( the cost of having 2 teenaged boys ). That being said I had another tire that was in unacceptable shape ad well. Couldnt make work. I have been receiving service from this store since they opened. They have ALWAYS done a fantastic job but I have say, today was awesome! I literally had to play grease monkey this morning to get my tire off, put on a doughnut to get it down there. Purchased 2 reasonably priced tires and prepared to sit and wait for an hour or two. To my surprise, they offered me a ride home. Wow! Took the option, in less than 45 min my car was ready and they came and picked me up. Was asking the kid that gave me ride when they started this option because I was really impressed! Come to find out, it was his car and not the shops car. I am overwhelmed by your level of service today and the speed at which you got it done ! Kudos!! I will send anyone and everyone your way!!! I have a suggestion however. Purchase an old budget rent a car or something so those kids dont put any wear and tear on there own car. I think his name was Scott ( thats what it said on his dash board ). At some point I will be thru to slide him a $20. Thank all of you for your hard work! Jacque Kittell

I dont like writing long posts, but I just have to share my great experience at the Surprise Discount Tire on Bell Rd. I showed up 2 minutes before they closed not realizing they closed at 5. My tire light was on to add air. The guy in the office said they could just add air, but theyre closed so they couldnt fix what was causing the problem. So I pulled up for them just to add air to the one tire. Jerie checked my tire & said he found a nail & that hed fix it right then! He had me pull in even though everyone was cleaning up & closing the garage doors. He said he just couldnt let me drive away with my tire like that. He ended up finding 2 nails in my tire. He even brought me a cold water. He stayed late for no reason other than just to patch my tire. I am so thankful for his help tonight. So if you need tires... go to the Surprise Discount Tire on Bell Rd.

These guys slack in the garage with long lines waiting, and theyve ordered the wrong size tire for me multiple times. Have outright refused to mount a set of tires on wheels I brought in loose because they claimed the tire was too narrow for the wheel. This being after the mounted a set of tires on my other car that were way more narrow for that wheel, trying to make up for ordering the wrong size tire when I told them the exact size I wanted. They pick and choose when to follow their rules and will have an attitude if you try and bring it up to them. If youre just getting your tires replaced, this place will do fine, but if you want anything specific done they might, or might not do it. They will not tell you when you drop off anything if they cant do it, theyll call you and hour afterwards to let you know. Ive had terrible service at this location.

I HAD been a big fan of this DT location until recently. Apparently the gentlemen working the store, although very nice, treat me differently than they do my husband. They tell me, "you need new tires" and try and sell me (hard) on getting new ones (even used ones) they tell him, "youre going to need new tires before the end of the year." I was also told today, "have your husband call us about the tires." When I pressed WHY would my husband have to speak to them about the tires and not me... they stammered, "isnt this your husbands truck?" "No, its mine." "Oh, I thought it was his truck and he needed to make the decision on the tires." Customer service tip: This isnt the 1950s, women own trucks, they know about cars AND tires and youve lost my business for being sexist.

Very slow service. We have had issues every single time we come in :( discoutn has replaced 3 wheels on my old car. Apparently taking thr wheel off is rocket science. They destroyed my aftermarket rims EVERYTIME. we special ordered 4 tires. Several days later they called us and said they were in. Brought the truck in to have the tires mounted. Turns out the person who ordered us FOUR tires. Only ordered THREE. We have never not had to wait less the 4 hrs for anything! :( we also just ordered a spare wheel. In which they said they had in stock. Dropped the spare tire off. Come back a couple hrs later for them to tell us they dont have the wheel they sold us! Several hours later. We are still here. WAITING..... :(
