Look, I seek to obtain nothing out of this but to leave a message to stay away from this store. I had accidentally picked out a pillow with no price tag, and this employee Tiana put me on blast. She loudly stated, "These are $18". I had stated back calmly that the sign had adverised $12 right above it. She was not pleased because she couldnt just type $18 as my total. She calls over another employee and tells her, "these are $18, arent they?" Sounding unpleased and with a line now forming behind me. She states I dont have enough money to purchase the item when I had not told her how much money I had on me. only based on the price I visually seen above the pillows is what I was going off of. The other employee escorts me to find I was correct. On my way to be rung up by her the second time around, Tiana threw a fit and I was checked out by another employee. Dont be me, dont go to big lots!!!!

The staff are so busy trying to help folks, the store was surprisingly clean. I refuse to trade business with a dirty store. Cleanliness is next to, .....well you get the picture. Congratulations on a busy busy busy store and the professional attitudes of your personal. Pay raise and a bonus for making your store a shoppers delight. Sometimes it takes a few good employees to have a successful and profitable business. Take care of your help, and they will take care of you. Im just saying, ......Excellent experience, plenty of items to choose from, with a professional team, 5 stars.
