No stars!! BEWARE OF THIS STORE. I USED MY NEW CARD AT THIS STORE ONLY ONE TIME EVER. MADE MY PURCHASE GOT A 20 CASH BACK. ALL GOOD TILL NEXT DAY. MY PHONE ALERTS ME TO MONEY BEING SPENT AT SANE FAMILY DOLLAR USING MY CARD AND MY PIN. I DO NOT LIVE NEAR TOOELE. IM AN HR AWAY. NEXT MORNING SAME THING. ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM INSIDE THAT STORE RIGHT BEFORE OPENING. CALLED MANAGER AND SHE BLEW ME OFF. CHANGED PIN SO NEXT TRANS AT SAME STORE DENIED. MANAGER DID NOT OFFER TO CHECK CAMERAS. NO NOTHING. SHE DID NOT TAKE MY NAME OR NUMBER! UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS. THE DEBIT CARD SCANNER HAS A DEVICE THAT TAKES YOUR NUMBER AND YOUR PIN OR THE LADY IS JUST A CROOK! TODAY $300 IS MISSING FROM MY DEBIT! I ONLY USED THIS BRAND NEW CARD AT THIS FAMILY DOLLAR. POLICE will get to the bottom of this. I HAVE HAD IT WITH FAMILY DOLLAR!! I have shopped at Family Dollar for years and I have never had such terrible experiences as I have had in Utah.. Terrible customer service at majority of the family dollars that I have been to in Utah. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!

The customer service there is extremely messed up. Two of the employees there, one being a tall short haired skinny red headed lady and another one with long dark hair average weight was extremely rude and i will never shop there again. They had no right to act the way they did to me .

Pretty good place to get stuff. Dont be fooled by the name, most things in here are definitely more than a dollar, but inexpensive nonetheless.
