Weve been having our tires bought and serviced at this location for the past few years. During this time it includes the purchase of 3 different sets of tires. Always quick and friendly service. Many times without an appointment and still getting in and out quickly. Recently I took a car I just purchased for some wheel locks and the staff pointed out that the older tires on this car were starting to crack. Nothing pushy about selling me something on the spot but information for me to consider given the age of the tires on the car. Well I decide with the increased heat of summer coming, I better just replace them. Mike spent a good amount of time answering my questions on the phone and directing me to a suitable performance tire for my GT Mustang based on my driving needs and reviews with similar horsepower cars. They were able to arrange acquiring the tires that morning and had me in and out in the afternoon in under 30 minutes without an appointment. Mike spent additional time with me in store showing me how the traction of this tire works and its performance for my car. I will not take our cars anywhere else for tires. Their road hazard warranty cannot be matched by any other tire company and Id recommend purchasing it for all tires you buy there. We purchased Michelin Defender tires from them last year for my wifes car. She once came home late from work with a nail in her tire. I was able to inflate it for her to drive a short distance but we didnt think Discount Tire could repair it that night as it was 5 minutes before closing. We called anyway and they had her bring it down and fixed it after hours! We didnt have to miss anytime from work because they were able to be so gracious. A+ service every time. And prices cant be beat.

This place is horrible. Every time I have been here the wait time was unacceptable. This last time I called before hand and was told that the wait time would be no longer than 45min. I drove there immediately "less than 5min away" and was greeted with a long line. after 25 min of waiting to talk to someone I was told it would be 1hr 15min. 1 hour later they still had not pulled my car into the shop. I told them to call me when they were done and left. Another 2 hours later they were done. When I picked up my car someone had pulled all the trash our from under my seats and deposited it on my floor in front of my front passenger side seat. One of my tires was completely covered in something I assume they use to lube up the tire to get it on the rim. The last straw was the next morning after a trip to the store I noticed my hubcap was missing; Im not saying that they forgot to put it back on they just did not put it back on properly. Bottom line this place isnt really "discount" and the service these "kids" offer is sub-par. I will never get my tires from here again and I suggest you dont either.

Made an appointment online for a free tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. Clearly stated my name and appointment time when I arrived. 40 minutes later I looked in the parking lot to find the car hadnt even been touched yet. I asked why and was told "whoops we didnt know you made an appointment" (my name was clearly written on their white board). They were quick about looking at my car after that. Ended up needing one new tire. Overall the experience took over an hour on a Thursday and was pretty frustrating but they were sorry, so I can get over it. However the next morning I noticed one of my hub caps was missing. I called the Dysart location to see if it was found laying around somewhere. Nope. I said this whole experience has been frustrating and was told politely in so many words "oh well" and "it probably fell off because of your driving". Seriously? My entire family has used Discount Tires for 10+ years. This and another bad experience at their Buckeye location has made me rethink about using them anymore.

Came to discount to get a tire rotation and after they checked my tires I had to replace two tires. They ordered my tires and two days later came back to install them. After waiting for 2.5hrs, i came back to pick up my truck and they informed me that my rear tire sensor now doesnt work. And while they were removing my center caps from my aftermarket rims, they stripped my screws. I asked to speak with manager or supervisor and he informed me that it was basicly not their fault, even though prior to me bringing my truck to get my tires rotated, all of my screws from my center caps were perfectly fine and all my sensors worked properly. They took no ownership of any damage done to my rims. If anybody plans to come to discount tire be careful and just watch how they remove all your lug nuts and center cap screws, becuase if they damage them, they will blame you.

I will never use discount tire for life. Went to discount tire for new tires, I get there and the only sales guy on the floor is on the phone so I wait at his counter and he doesnt even acknowledge me and then when he gets off the phone, he says nothing and makes another phone call, then a few men walk in and form some arbritrary line and the other salesman who saw me come in first but was with a customer stops his spiels and tells the new male customer that theyll be with him in a minute, and then two more salesmen come in and help the two new male customers while Im there like Im invisible and I just left because I know I look like a young girl but at least be less obvious that you dont think Im a good sale. I went to mcfall tire and they were nice and helpful.

I called this location on Friday 04/15/16 around 5:20. The phone was answered by a James. He was very pleasant and had a great greeting. I explained to him i had 4 tires that needed to be mounted and balanced on my wheels. I asked if they had time. James responded yes sir we can help you as long as your here by 6p.m. i arrived to be greeted by James. He walked out got a couple guys to unload my truck and i was gone 20 minutes later. but what i seen of James while there was a employee who goes above and beyond his duty. He helped many customers. He even sat down with an elderly woman to try and get her matter resolved for a bad tire. As an owner and a operator of companies these are great qualities to find in an employee.

A Private User

These jerks tried to steal my tire! I showed up with one leaky front tire and asked them to replace both in the front, and rotate all four, but leave me the one good front tire for use as a spare. So one tire was bad and I bought two. They wouldnt show me the "irreparable" damage to the leaky tire and it wasnt until they told me they placed the good tire in the trunk that had been jammed shut by a past collision 2 years ago that I demanded answers. They than pulled out the good tire from a pile in their garage to show me the damage that didnt exist and offered an apology when I pointed this all out. On top of all that I paid close to 300 bucks for 2 15" tires...
