Customer service needs improving. I noticed some of the evening management but not all are just plain rude behind the Customer Service counter. Yesterday I had to return several things that were never opened and on a few different receipts. The customer service manager who helped me first looked at all I was returning then looked at my receipts and said "a lot of different Walmarts" instantly making me unhappy as if I had been fradulent or something. Before she scanned each item like the bag of dog food and looked and felt the sealed bag as if it had in fact not been factory sealed. She never once smiled even when first approached. Just a note...U will return everything that is cheaply made and breaks or if I purchase the wrong item or changed my mind. When Walmart gets pretty much all my money each month. At least a couple thousand each month. Im beginning to hate Walmart. Where do they find their managers, the ones that have the worst customer service skills? Very disappointing!!

Maria the night customer service manager clearly lacks the title she has been given. Customer service manager??? Ugh. no!! The pharmacy manager at this location is also one of the worst I have ever delt with. Being in the medical profession I was shocked at his verbal and non verbal skills. I would watch him interact with people and it was a disgrace to the medical profession as a whole. Then I had the unfortunate privilege of meeting his acquaintance. I chalked my first experiences with the customer service mgr up to someone just being unhappy in their job, however the pharmacy mgr should be held to higher standards. The real kicker was when I took my business to the CVS down the street and told them about my unfortunate encounter, they had already heard about this manager. The techs and other pharmacists at this location are very friendly and professional. Lisa one of the techs is amazing. So Walmart, I think its time for more customer service training, at the very least.

The customer service is very pleasant until I try to return the new 2 game cards from Xbox that were never used. All the assistance managers explain to me was that they couldnt scan it back to their system and I should call Xbox to get my money back. When do someone buy something at the store and end up having the deal with that store vendors. I did went ahead and spend 3 hours on the phone with Xbox to provide prove that the games were never used. Called and left my phone number for the manager to call me back and 48 hours later still no one has returned my call. And still the store manager did nothing about it after my husband had to step in to talk. Very disappointed in the way it was dealt with. I will not ever buy those new Xbox game card or any electronic items from Walmart again and will tell everyone I know about my experience with this specific Walmart.

Poor customer service from manager Steve after dealing with supervisor Dee. Had coupons printed directly from products site and they wouldnt accept it. Told manager they could check the site and see it was valid. Answer was we can agree to disagree. Another friend tried to use coupon right off the package from the store and they also wouldnt take it because it wouldnt ring up right. Not only do they not have the right pricing on items (where one time i waited about 20 minutes just to buy carrots for 44 cents because neither produce or manager could find sku. and this was after several visits to different stores and they still didnt have it fixed!) they want to give you a hassle for what they advertise that they price match.What kind of policy is this. cheap products and cheaper customer service.

The store itself is fine and usually has what Im looking for. However, I almost always go through self-checkout because its faster. They have the greeters by the door and the people that monitor the self-checkout stands. Every now and then when I go there in the mornings theres an older lady monitoring the self-checkout. As Im checking out shes always hovering over me watching what Im scanning to make sure Im not trying to steal anything. Im a stand-up citizen, a regular Shopper there in the mornings, and have no intention of stealing anything. Lady back up... Give me some space. Im not a thief so stop acting like Im one

This review is for the Wal-Mart pharmacy. I just left there with my moms prescriptions, had to turn around and go back because they forgot one. Not the first time this has happened . They said they did not fill it because the date to refill was in two weeks. Got home and had a message that it was a computer error and we could come back to pick it up tomorrow. There have been problems or mistakes on several occasions. I dont have time for constant running back and forth and Im going to convince mom to switch to Wall Greens.

While it says supercenter it is considered by Walmart to be a 3/4 store. I.e. They only carry half of what youd expect. Items are frequently out of stock, and many items are just not carried. The staff will even apologize and you can see their frustration when they say "were just a 3/4 store". With the abundance of space around the building it appears a very poor decision to place such a small store in such a key location. So if you only need 3/4 of what youre in need of, this is your store.

This is supposed to be a super center, but it only seems to have half of the selection of its other Surprise counterparts. I have actually confirmed this with a CSR Manager, this stores size is only about 2/3rds of the other two Wal-Marts in Surprise - and so they cut it down to only the top selling or highest margin products. Becuase of this, they never seem to have what I am looking for, and 90% of the time, I end up having to go to Litchfield or Grand to get what I am looking for.

This morning I entered Prasada Walmart to return an item and was greeted with a smile by the greeter, Ben. He gave me a sticker for my return item and gestured toward the customer service area, saying "if you step over to the customer service area over here, theyll be happy to assist you." His smile, warmth, and courtesy made me feel like I was being welcomed to a 5 star resort...not just the return line at walmart! Lol Nicest Wal-Mart greeter Ive ever encountered!

Worst Walmart experiences ever at this location. Same cashier twice, didnt even acknowledge us. Not a hi, how are you, or have a good day. Nada. This time, he was throwing stuff in a bag so fast that he broke our glass room freshener refill all over our office supplies. Didnt notice until we got home. Im never going back there. Id rather drive to the El Mirage location, where I get treated like a human being and my things are treated with respect.

I found the associats very helpful! Produce is fresh, clothing is trendy with a wide range of styles! This time of year, selection of gifts is huge! I was there when this store opened and continue to enjoy shopping there! I have one disappointment concerning this location, no eye care center or other "extra" services typically found in other locations! Oh and not a fan of the people selling services, such as cable or cell phone companies.
