Well, I would have rated a 3 or 4 star because they actually had stuff I wanted where as the one next to my house doesnt but when I asked to get help from someone for the tv stand I wanted because it was too heavy. They guy come up and I tell him this one and pointed and he asked if I had a cart. I said no i had asked the other lady for a flatbed or something and all he did was walk away. When he came back he just brought a cart and just stood there for a few seconds like I was suppose to do it myself. I got up from sitting and he then asked me "this one?" and I said yeah he then grabbed the folding chair I was sitting on and folded it and stuck it back on the shelf like he was irritated and then pulled the box out from the shelf. My friend thwn asked if he needed help cause it looked as if he was gonna let the other end just drop to the ground. They put it on top of the cart and then he just turned away and walked on. I said thanks as he walked away and that was it. I work 12+ hours ina restaurant so I know what it like but I still give good customer service to my customers and Walmart seriously lacks alot in it at time. It use to be one of my favorite stores to go to. Having an employee always around to ask of u need something and smiling. But now its just sad. However there were some nice people there one guy working in the electronics helped my friend out and was funny. Another lady directed us to an open lane when we were standing ina line waiting. And the elderly guy, working the 10 items or less lane, that rang up my tv stand was kind when he repeated back the amount of money he counted to make sure I counted right as well making a joke. But yeah walmart need some help.

I shop here often because its close. I dont buy meats or produce b/c they are way overpriced. FoodCity destroys them in this area. I quit asking anyone who works there anything a long time ago. Most dont know where anything is to begin with and the added bonus is many dont speak English. Why waste my time, eventually I find it on my own. Good luck returning anything. They seem to go out of the way to find reasons to deny you. Meanwhile they stare at the counter and make no effort to make eye contact while attempting to deny the refund. A tale-tale sign of lack of integrity apparently taught by management. Probably a great place to work. Wander around aimlessly for your shift making $10.50/hr. When asked any questions just shrug your shoulders with a blank gaze, point in a random direction, and continue to aimlessly walk around. Now that I think about it, I might come out of early retirement and apply here. Great pocket money to play more golf. Employee work evaluation goals must be easily achieved. Anyone can achieve the goal of No Expectation. There is even a good chance my boss doesnt speak English adding an additional bonus of never asking me to do anything. I just hit pay dirt. Heading down there to apply at the kiosk inside the store right now. Probably get hired today. If you see me wave. Ill be the guy with a blank look pointing randomly with both hands

Current employee for this Walmart, management doesnt care about customers, I was going to the back to check if we had an item for a customer, and my dept manager said that its not our priority and to tell the customer that we are out, although I knew for a fact that we had the item. This is very common for this Walmart three managers have told me similar, like to keep the expired food on the shelf because customers wont notice. They just care about sales not safety. I would never shop here after seeing what goes on in the back, t its very dirty, Ive seen a rat running by and multiple cockroches, when I told management they said not to worry about it they have it under control. They have not sent anybody to spray I work full time and to this day never seen anyone spray still find cockroches near the food. I believe it has to do with spendig money, thats why its always so dirty and things are falling apart in the back. I think if a food inspector walked in this Walmart will fail, but since its a big company theyll pay them to keep quiet Im sure. I would never shop here or let any of my family and friends go here, i think action needs to take place soon before people get sick and die.

I came to this walmart for some arts and craf things and spray paint. I asked an associate that if she could help me. She said yes. I needed jewelery wire. I showed her on my phone it showed they had it in stock. She said if its not there they dont have it. I asked if they can check the system to see if the Y have any in stock and she said no because if we dont have it in the shelves its not there. So I moved on and went to the spray paint area. The button for help its broken. I went and asked about 4 to 5 associates for help to call someone to the paint counter. No one showed up. Even one associate at the makeup area even gave me attitude. I asked if she could call and in spanish said " why do people think I can help if I dont have a phone". Sorry to break it to you but you work at a store. Youre an associate. Customers will ask you for help. You dont just work ringing up people. You work for walmart. A large company. Never ever going to this store. Walmart is a joke. Service in any walmart I go to is bad. Save your time and money and go to target or another store.

Its not any fault of their own the way that locals treat this place, but I will say their staff would probably be a lot less battered if they hired more of them. This place is usually a mess, because people are just putting things back all over the place, and there is an abnormal amount of trash littered all over the parking lot. The store actually had to change from 24 hours to more limited hours, I believe to prevent some of the walk out theft. They substantially changed the more commonly stolen from departments like electronics and makeup to only have one entrance now. If you need something, it is still a Walmart. Just be sure things havent been opened and stolen from before you buy. We bought a video game here, sealed, that was missing the disc. Went back and got it replaced by yet another without a disc. It took a while for them to find one with a disc (some one internal must have gotten in a lot of trouble) but they believed us and were friendly and helpful.

Started off great, it was the first time I didnt have to wait in line. After paying for my items as I was walking out an associate picked me out and asked for my receipt. I refused to show my receipt to the associate who was busy slacking off talking to the cart associate before I passed by. "I said if you think I stole something then you need to call the police" she responded with "they are right outside" as if to threaten me. I kept walking unfortunately my wife showed the receipt to this insignificant associate. I have never pulled the race card but this incident may have been due to my ethnicity. If you want to feel like a thief go here your wish will be fulfilled....if your Mexican. I told this associate that it was disrespectful that she would ask me for my receipt. She said if I didnt want to show it I didnt have to. Whats the point? Harassment?
