I bought a dog bed today and while walking to my car noticed it had a large hole in the seam. Walked back inside and let the assistant manager, Tony know. She rudely told me that they do not refund on beds. I informed her I just needed to exchange it for a bed without a hole. After she huffed at me like an irritated teenager she waved her hand at the bed isle and said fine exchange it for one. Found a bed as close to the same price (off by 1.08) and size I need as possible. She had a fit over that. Said her manager would not allow her to refund any money. I suggested she call her boss, which she did. She spoke with the boss while acting like she wasnt a day over 16 and angry at the world. Surprise surprise she was given the green light to refund me my 1 dollar...I understand no refunds, I really do. But if I have to inspect your items like I am shopping at a second hand shop then price them accordingly. Also, I dont have to shop here. There are many other options. Your other two employees are kind and helpful...Tonys lack of tact is going to cost your company business.

Over the years the staff here has gone from extremely knowledgeable to not knowing the difference between freeze dried raw and kibble. Being in a hurry, I said thank you and excused myself as I didnt have time or the inclination to argue the point. The girls yelled have a nice day as I went through the door. I drove all the way back to Knowledgeable, and excellent customer service, Bark Avenue. Worth being late. One star for fake 5 star reviews.

They carry the Miracle Natural Cat litter, the only brand I have found to cut the box odors in my RV. Well stocked pet store...if all you have is a dog. Limited selection for cats, and nearly nonexistent for anything else. Greenies pet treats avail in dog selection, but nothing for cats. Prices can be hit or miss...you may find an average, a great deal and a highly overpriced in the same visit. Nice, clean store with pleasant and helpful staff.

Ive been going here for 2 years now because of there buy 10 get 1 free on cat food. Now I have bought my 10th bag and they told me sorry you dont get a free bag. There us a time limit they dont tell you about until you go to redeem your free bag. Will not go here ever again. Thanks a lot of nothing pet club

Two different occasions. Two different locations. We find bugs in the food they sell. When you bring it to their attention, they dont seem surprised whatsoever. You might save a couple bucks shopping at pet club, but thats due the corners they cut in the inventory they sell.

And just to let you all know, going to a store a minute before it closes is one of the rudest things you can do! Dont gripe because they wont open the door for you or serve you when you arrive late. It happens get over it. Write a bad review when theyve done something bad

Love this place! ♡ they help me with any question I have. They even helped me with what food to give my fur-princess for her allergies...the food they still suggested literally saved my dogs life. Highly expensive but worth all the money to save my little girls life! :)

The last 3 trips to this store were BAD. Today I got there a few min after closing and they would not open the door... The val vista store closes an hour later so I assumed they did too... I went the day before and the computers were down and I couldnt buy anything!

Girls were rude when we asked for help in locating something, they looked at me and my husband like we were stupid for asking which merchandise was included in the sale! Never again!

I go here all the time, never had a problem. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful and my dogs love to get samples of treats at the register!
