Place is ran by kids. Was told my appointment was a no charge follow up after complication from surgery. Nurse seemed lost when I explained we ran out of cephalexin left over from surgery and the amoxy wasnt working. Vet was clearly uncomfortable walking in the door which of course made my dog anxious. I explained the infection responded well with cephalexin and rimadyl but I ran out and it worsened when I switched to amoxy. I was keeping clean with chlorhexidine and asked if i should trim the nail..he repeatef back what I asked about keeping it short and clean. after lots of side chatter explaining in GREAT detail what an infection is.. eventually gave script, clipped and rinsed the nail. They numbed it topically to file down more then didnt and suggested I do with normal file. Emergency contact (my mother) got a call that I had an 81.09 balance. Called and was told it was a mistake and balance was 18.09 for heartguard. He didnt give heartguard. But charge to look at, wash, and clip was 81.09. I asked why I was told this was a no charge follow up. They said theyll adjust to only exam fee of 51 for the topical ointment and rinse.. Unprofessional.

Our entire family had a wonderful experience with Amy at the Puppy Beginners class. It had been 10 years since we had a puppy in the house and now a completely different breed to work with. Amy was a wealth of knowledge in this arena and her many suggestions, even specific to our dog, were successful and made me feel supported. The store is so creatively arranged and decorated it was fun for us and our puppy to be there weekly. I highly recommend the classes and look forward to participating in the intermediate level for continued training.

Overall, this is a really nice store. The employees are really sweet, and are open to taking questions. The animals overall look very healthy, but I havent had the money or time to get another pet to see a closer work. Though, I do have a few critiques. From my last experience I saw a heavily crowded bowl of bettas near the cashier, which honestly made me cringe a little bit, since there was five in a small bowl. It might just be a display thing, but its a little iffy. Other than that, everything else seems to be fine.

I would like to take a moment to let you know how wonderful of a job that Cindy did groomer my two “kids” yesterday! I walked in the house from a long day at work and there sat the two cutest things with little scarves on their necks and I just HAD to smile! It was such a GREAT experience, the grooming, the tour and mainly the nice people I met. You’ve already won over my entire family and we will for sure sing your praises! TOP NOTCH GORGEOUS facility! I bought an anole lizard from here 3 weeks ago. I used the proper lighting in the tank and proper feeding for him. Suddenly he got really sick and developed a bone disease (metabolic bone disease). Within 2 days of showing symptoms he passed away. I did everything for him so im sure it wasnt my handling of him. Im not sure if it was how pet depot handled him or how he was captured but this is just a warning to others looking for an anole that they might not last that long.

We stopped in today for the first time to see the hedgehogs and fell in love with them and the store! The animals are all well taken care of, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and obvious care very much for the animals! I cannot wait to bring my dog in for a bath, the do it yourself dog wash is so much easier than giving your dog a bath at home...especially the big ones!

Highly recommend this place, they are top notch and so thankful we found. We loved our place back in Omaha and to find a place as equally wonderful is a blessing. Especially want to suggest Jessica for cat grooming. She did an amazing job with our two cats!

Great pet store with a groomer, self groom area, boarding, a vet, and training. The training classes are good and the trainer has a ton of helpful hints. Some of the merchandise is overpriced but their dog cookies are a big hit in my house!

The staff here has always been helpful and are super sweet to my children who were very interested in what creatures they were feeding that day. Some really amazing dog and cat food options if you are looking for high quality.

Stopped in to buy flee/tick meds. They recomeded this alternative that they sell. Does not work. I dont typically go there to buy stuff. It is another choice/alternative to the bigger stores.
