Ellie was very sweet when I called to ask if they had a product in stock. She gave me several different choices and their prices abs was very friendly throughout our conversation. When I arrived, Summer helped me choose the right product for me and even went back and forth to the back room to see if there were any smaller, cheaper alternatives not on the floor. They were both extremely helpful and genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back here for all my animal needs. Thank you girls! :)

I had an appointment and it took almost 4 hours for my dog to be groomed. I asked for a hair cut and they shaved her. They also misplaced her collar and leash and it took 3 people to find it. The groomer herself had stepped out and I wasnt able to speak with her until she came back, which then I just wanted them to find to find my dogs collar so we could leave. My first appointment went well, but this one was a joke. I will not be returning to this groomer.

Walked in, no one at the registers. Was looking for help on some dog food. Ended up looking it up myself Was at the registers for a good 8 min waiting for someone to come up. A young guy comes up without saying anything and proceeds to check out. Time of visit = 7:05pm 02/09/17 Customer service = 2/5 Store set up = 4/5

Ive worked at this location before moving back to Atlanta, GA. Jessica L., one of the groomers there, is one of the best groomers Ive worked with. She pays attention to detail, and takes pride in her work. I would recommend her to anyone!

Very spacious store which makes it very easy to bring your dogs along! Staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. Great selection of treats and food. And they even have a self dog wash which is awesome! Overall great pet store.

They carry a lot of hard to find pet products, but it feels like there are never any employees around! Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes til someone sees me at the cash register.

We get our dogs nails clipped here. They do a great job. She is a wiggle worm but they are very good with her.

Pultry feed is more expensive here than the Mesa store and they only have feed, nothing else for chickens
