Since the other reviews are over a year old, I feel the need to update everyone on the current "customer service" this Pet Club says that they are providing. The 1st time visiting this location was 2 weeks ago. It was an alright experience. The girl working the counter did not know very much about the actual foods or pets themselves. I also noticed this store sells many of the brands like IAMS that you find at your local grocery store that contain fillers! I am all for second chances so I decided to go back today to see if the experience would be any better. But it was even worse. The tall blonde behind the counter never once said hi to me while making eye contact, and I was THE only person in the entire store. When I went up to purchase my dog and cat food, she just stared at me. Never said hi, never asked any questions what so ever, she could not even force a SMILE! She was extremely cold, extremely unfriendly, and when your job is to provide customer service when there is ONE customer in the entire tiny store, you could at least manage a smile. HORRIBLE customer service, I will never be returning.

My dog needs a food that doesnt use rice of any kind. I had gotten some food samples from a Pet Club that I used to find a food she liked. There were only two foods out of the 12 samples that she liked. She has been on Earthborn Holistic grain free food for more than three years. The only place I can get it is Pet Club. This store has it in stock all the time and has enough stocked that I have never had a problem getting a bag. The people working here at this store are very helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and smells clean. I shop here frequently for plain unfilled bones and other items as needed.

When I walked into this store i was in awww by how big the store was and how every thing was so organized. I was greeted with a hello from everyone that was working in there that day. When i went looking for the chicken feed i was looking for i was assisted by a Meghan and Justen when i was there. They helped me out alot by giving me there opinions on what i should and shouldnt get for the chickens that i have. i would greatly tell everyone i know about this store and how affordable they are compared to other stores i have been to.

I read some awful customer service reviews on the pet club... and to be honest I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees... Ive talked to the store clerks and Ive spent some time talking with a manager of the place, curious about a new brand of dog food. They have been surprisingly knowledgeable about the pet industry trends every time Ive had a question. The service is nice, and casual. I frequent this store for their raw buffalo bones for my Springers :)

I have been going to pet club for years! The customer service has always been great! There are always several people working, so there is always someone there to answer questions or check you out. I rarely have long waits to check out. I like that you can be in and out quick! When my pets special diet canned dog food was out of stock because of the manufacturer, they helped me look through all the alternatives and knew which one was closest to the ingredients.

I just want to thank the previous reviewers for the information about an Arizona PetClub owner being arrested for a horrible act of violence against a cat. We were looking for a store close by to purchase Wellness food products for our cats, but we would never want a dime of our money going into this owners pockets, or the pockets of any pet products company that doesnt cut off all associations with him.

We love coming here to get wood chips for the critters. They have this huge bag that is like 3 feet tall. It lasts for ever. way cheaper than Walmart even. My kids always try to talk us into buying the baby chickens, so Im glad whenever they dont have any in stock. The prices seem good, but the staff always seem to know what they are talking about, and where it is.

I have 2 dogs, seven cats, 2 tortoises and many fish and I shop at Pet Club because they offer good prices and great customer service. If they don"t have what I need in stock, they try to get it from another location or order it. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy rudeness and immaturity. I dont see how a place with this sort of attitude toward customers can stay in business. The short girl with the brown curly hair is the worst.

Amen to you Vet. Everything you posted is true. You can pull up Tim Stevenson off google and see his mug shot. When I asked him what happened, he told me "the cat ran into the shovel". Yeah right. If you love animals Pet Club is not the company to support.

I love the pet club store as a store. But everyone I have been in they have rude little girls working. No smiles or welcomes from them. I try and make conversation and no return. Wow. Hire some adults or something

The staff is always friendly, quickly asks how they can help me, & always offer to load my purchases. I can always count on this store to carry whatever I need for all of my animals.

No longer carry Orijen or Acana products. Did not bother to tell me that this was the case and I was only one bag away from free one. Basically lost out on $90.

This is a great place to buy feed for livestock. Quick checkout, excellent prices and kind employees that load everything into the truck for you.
