This review is for the dog grooming service run by Angela. The first time I set up an appointment she called and canceled on me a few days before because she was going to extend her vacation. The second time, which was this morning, she showed up ten minutes late. My initial impression of her was not good. Her customer service is lacking as she is quite rude to paying customers. Also, she handed me a form to sign and said that she would fill it out for and to just go ahead and sign it. I told her that I didnt sign anything without reading it first. It is a contract with a bunch of different up charges in it. That honestly should have been the biggest red flag. About a half an hour after I left my wife received a call that she would not be bathing the dogs because they were too loud and causing a disturbance for the other dogs. Imagine my frustration when I walked in to find that there were no other dogs in there. She said that she would be happy to reschedule for another time when it was less busy. Mind blown. I cannot overstate how unhappy I am with her and her business. Please do yourself a favor and go with someone that actually cares about your pet and your business.

One star for the groomer. The manager or owner, or whoever she is, is a mental case. She was describing to us the experience she had grooming my dogs and the person standing behind her was rolling their eyes the entire time. She had my dogs for 8 hours. She said she "took her time taking care of them" and pulled any mats they had apart "hair by hair." Rather than wait for the call saying they were ready I just went to the store to pick them up. My dogs were chilling in cages and she was sitting at her desk. No other dogs around. I went in and she was like "oh, I forgot to do their nails." So she did their nails, right when I showed up, after having them for 8 hours. I got home and discovered they still had a couple of very obvious "love mats" (you know, the ones behind the ears), AND the fur around one of my dogs paws and leg hadnt been trimmed. Worst experience ever. The store itself, is 5 stars. I really like the staff, and I like that its small. Albeit, kinda pricey, but I feel confident that Im giving my pups a healthy diet because of them.

Love this location Its in a very convenient area I can do all my shopping, get my caffeine fix and some dog food all in one trip the staff is very helpful manager has the cutiest husky and is kind enough to always let me play with her and give me advice on how to care for my little husky.

Employees are nice, but the manager treats them like trash. Completely dis organized and in general just a bad person. Wouldnt mind shipping there if she wasnt working there
