This store has those little items the big box stores couldnt be bothered to carry. A huge selection of every type of nut and bolt you could want. And you can buy one bolt and one nut if thats all you need. I also come here for pool pump parts and individual taps and dies. HD and Lowes only have like three taps and dies in stock really? Gilbert Ace Hardware rocks! Help keep this gem of a store open and shop there when you need something unique. They carry a wide selection of items that you can pick up right now for just a little more than ordering online. WE NEED STORES LIKE THIS TO STAY OPEN.

This is a big, well-stocked Ace Hardware. While no one seemed interested in offering me help, despite being one of just a few customers in the store, I enjoyed browsing the aisles and found a lot of items at good prices. Great selection of paint, drills, etc., but not so much for home hardware, bathroom hardware, etc. Still, they have a little bit of everything, which is impressive. Ill be back because its a really convenient location and they are likely to have what I need for small projects around the house.

Always awesome. Nice people, great selection, very knowledgable. I recently got new screens for my house and there have been some issues with the fit that still havent been completely resolved. Im still happy to give a 5 star review because I know this will get resolved and they will handle it professionally. Everyone makes mistakes but I know at Lowes I wouldve been SOL. Ace will be fair and honest. Customer service is #1 at this location.

This Ace Hardware has always been great. Never an issue. I will take the few cents per item higher cost over Lowes anyday. And in response to "James" the March 15, 2011reviewer below. Man Up. Dont go into a hardware store if you are going to be so sensitive. A bigbox hardward store will tell you what every you want to hear not what you need.

Decent prices, have mostly anything I could need for a quick fix or smaller projects, I bought a garden cart & was able to return it for a wheelbarrow within a week after realizing it wasnt the right tool for the job. No hassles. Excellent staff is knowledgeable and kind. Barefoot friendly.

Called and spoke to Lauren and a key situation she said she couldnt help me which I understood but she wasnt really helpful and then when I said thank you she just said uh huh rudely and hung up if thats customer service then keep it Ill go to Lowes or home depot instead.

They have managed to inconvience there customers with there independent operations. I couldnt return to different location a simple 8 dollar brass piece.. I wanted my money back.. All they could do was offer me store credit. Dumb, sad and soon to be out of business.
