I would think twice before purchasing a firearm from cal ranch. I purchased an AR15 from this store in May 2015 and took it back in December 2015 to have it sent out for an easy repair under warranty. When I was there it took me 30 minutes for someone to help me. It was then sent out and I was told it would take a couple weeks. As of today I a still dont have my AR back after a month! I have called many times trying to figure out what is going on and every employee I talk to acts like they dont give a $&@! About the issue. I will never buy a firearm from them again!!!

Horrible Customer Service. The store manager was rude to me on multiple occasions when I was trying to figure out a special order. The rest of the managers are nice but really have no idea what is going on. I have not been to other Cal Ranch Stores, but this one should be avoided.

Always helpful. I had a older gentleman once help me for 10 minutes to find the right replacement screw for a telescope. Worth .37 cents...

Horrible service during the day with grumpy employees but at night the staff if very friendly and helpful. Great store just go at night.
