We went to Home Depot 10/1/2013 to get some edging rock for our backyard. The people were actually quite helpful and told us that as opposed to waiting to get everything loaded tonight, we could pay right then and schedule a pick up and have it all ready for us. Perfect! Or so we thought. My husband called to ensure it would be ready and the customer service rep said to just go to the garden center and itd all be ready. Well, we went at the designated time and not only was it not ready, but it took contacting a manager to even get the pallet off the shelves. They said someone would be coming to get it off the shelves and after waiting we went to the manager. The manager ended up doing it. The manager was nice, but way too much fell through the cracks. We will NOT be returning to this home depot.

Stopped In today, in need of some items in plumping and hardware. You can definitely tell this is an older location. Not as clean as most locations, aisles are really tight and lighting is not the best. Employees in plumping were not much help and it seemed in new more about plumbing than they did--and thats not saying much. I even ended up finding what I needed myself after searching for some time. Although they ended up not having what I needed in hardware, the younger guy who was helping me was wicked smart and super helpful. On tip is that the registers are north of what appears to be the main entrance, which is a little weird IMO. Either way, if you plan on parking near the garden section or the center entrance, be prepared to walk.

Honestly really ashamed of this Home Depot currently. My mother used to work for Home Depot, so I know that it says in the handbook that you are always supposed to offer help. All I saw was employees standing in groups having personal conversations. I was in the store for 10-20 minutes and during that at least 5 employees passed me, some of which who actually made eye contact, and not one offered help. I walked past several employees just standing around talking about office drama. I really hope it was just the night crew, and not just this location.

I bought a water softener today 7-8 at the gilbert and Val vista store, I was helped by Lori one of the supervisors at the front, she was great with helping me set up for the people to come and install it. I was also helped by Matt and Eli with the loading part of it. They could not get the softener to fit in my car so they went inside and were able to deliver it to my house right down the road. Bad employees. This store has gone downhill in the last year. Employees are unprofessional, dont want to help, and are hard to find if you do need help locating items. The two ladies in customer service this past Saturday morning hate their job and make sure customers know it by being verbal and disrespectful. Get your store together management team.

Do not buy appliances here, we bought a package three weeks ago, the fridge and dishwasher came damaged, so we sent them back to replace. We were waiting for two weeks and just found out, that our order was cancelled . The manager at the appliances department was very rude on the phone. Were are very disappointed, wish never shopped there

This is the most remarkable staff that Ive ever had the pleasure to interact with. I dont necessarily have the need to ever go to a Home Improvement store, but when I do, Im delighted to head over to HD. The staff at Target, just southwest of the store, can learn a hell of a lot from this place.

In store customer service is "Top Notch". However......Dont expect the customer service to be a great experience if you get an appliance delivered. They use a third party company, and they are RUDE & lie. To be nice I will leave it at that. Seriously hire a friend to pick up your appliance.

No one ever wants to help, the employees look down when walking by. Maybe they need more training from the managers so they dont walk around with the head of shame walk. Take some pride in your job people! !!

They have everything at this home depot that they dont have at power and 60. Only problem with that is that the aisles are crowded. If you have a cart with lumber its hard to maneuver through this location.

Bob at the contractors desk is very helpful. He even calls to give me updates on materials that I mention, even though Im probably the smallest contractor he deals with. Plus the store offers free Wi-Fi.
