This is a compny that makes 60 percent of its profit from insurence fraud. If you notice when yoou check out there almost thug like mentality and exstrem pushyness to sale you a extended warrenty. Basicly this is a insurnce plan that the store employing make money off saleing each and every one. About 2 to 4 each. Hower ever most of the time the mangers steel the comision and repamend or fire employes who dont arm resal the customer to get them. And mangers get pripies from corprite for presssering employies to do so. But basicly the insurennce pays them full price for returned iteams even thow most of the time the iteam was onsale for half that and a copon was used. So basicly say they tell insurenc the reguler price of tthis saw is 300.00 and iteam is always on sale for 150.00 dollers a 20 percent coupon is used and price is now now 120.00 the insurance pays 300.00. And thats why this is a scam.

Went to the store in Apache Junction place was clean and neat had high hopes for good customer service, unfortunately I was greeted at the register by a clerk who could care less for customer service or courtesy, appeared arrogant and disinterested. Perfunctory attitude, no hello, no thanks for buying here, just a cursory passing of my sales receipt without even making eye contact. Interesting how some sales clerks making minimum wage have a high regard for themselves in spite all evidence to the contrary.

Due to wasting time, this place is starting to not be worth the trouble. Sure, I can save a few bucks, but when you are sixth in line, on your day off, trying to get a project done, its just not worth waiting in line an extra 20 minutes while the cashiers (who clearly have it drilled into their heads) agressively pester each and every customer, over and over, for phone numbers, names, addresses, etc. Figure a way to speed it up and quit trying to collect so much data. Just sell me a screwdriver!

employees have 0 customer service skills. Have made multiple trips to this location for A TOOL and have been told oh it will be on the trucks tonite , call next day, oh it didnt come in, sometimes they are missing items .... Blah blah blah the apache junction location is crap and everyone should be fired and new crews hired..... I WONT be visiting the apache junction location again.... I will drive the 20+ miles to the mesa store.

Came in because I couldnt figure out how to put the blade on my new miter saw (Im not even remotely handy) and Aubry helped me figure it out. Couldnt say enough good things about his customer service skills. He single handedly made me a loyal customer now.

Be cautious on items marked as non-refundable on your receipt. They dont tell you until after youve paid for it, or not at all. Then when it doesnt work, and you just want it replaced not REFUNDED, youre screwed.

Do not honor coupons. When the expire that day doesnt honor. Other stores do. There stuff is crap anyways. I will not be going back ever. Crappy service anyways. If i could give it no stars i would.

Its a standard harbor freight, its going to smell like new rubber and the checkout lines will be a little slow. Otherwise this location is a clean and well staffed location.

If you can deal with cheap equipment, and tools that need to be returned all the time this is th place for you. Make sure you get the warranty because you will need it.

Pictures in their coupons dont match whats being sold in the store. One of their managers Amanda was unfriendly and rude. Guess you get what you pay for!
