The manager of this store told me I was free to shop anywhere else if I didnt like their harassment policy. I was literally approached by an employee who accused me of being a thief and told me to leave my back pack with her at the counter if I wanted to shop there. I politely declined her offer to napsack sit my belongings and went about my business shopping. Last time an employee told me I had to leave my bag with them at the register, MY ENTIRE BAG WAS STOLEN. I will NEVER do that again. I am 42 years old, ride a bike & my back pack is my purse, my wallet, my trunk.... it is how I travel. Had I of came in there carrying a big fat purse on my shoulder, NO ONE would have said anything to me. I had just come from another store & my bag was very full and never once did i remove it from my back until i was ready to check out. Not only was I asked to leave my purse/pack with them, but I was hounded while I shopped by multiple employees, making sure I wasnt going to steal anything. For the first time in my white american life, I actually felt what it must be like for a person of color for a moment. SO JUST BECAUSE I CARRY A BACKPACK I AM SUSPECT TO THEFT???? This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, that is what LOSS PREVENTION is for. The store has security cameras, in fact, the main isle I was on had one overhead, yet the same female employee who wanted to napsack sit for me, stood at the end of that isle watching me the whole time I was there (about 5 minutes in that isle) Whats the point of having sec cams if you are not going to use them???? I was embarrassed, angry, disappointed & felt like I was being harassed & hovered over the entire 15 minutes I was there. I broke down in tears after I left because of the way they treated me. They made me feel like I did something wrong and had zero respect for me as a customer by singling me out because I carried a backpack. Bad business ethics. Bad bad bad

Awesome customer service, weve just completed painting our house inside. Dun Edwards Supreme paint is top of the line. No drip or roller spray. Great coverage, my husband and I did a great job! With the ACE team as our support. Were so lucky here in the East Valley to this type of great service! I should know my husband was a proud member of the ACE team for 6 years.. Having retired as of December 2014. He got the opportunity to be part of the team. Our praise once again to have Frontier Ace in our community. HELLO from Cold Calgary. Nov 2013 "Dean" at ACE was more than helpful when we were there looking for parts for CASTERS to repair our caster chairs that we own in our Johnson Ranch home. Wed been all over (yes, we were on holiday ...LOL) - and Dean took the time to show us (my husband) !! what we needed and THEN order it from the warehouse for us, AND then phoned our friends to let them know theyd arrived. I HOPE DEAN AND HIS FAMILY HAVE A VERY VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND whenever we need stuff for our JR home- we will always come back to Ace Apache.

Good store for cool guy stuff. Helpful and friendly staff. Some of them are very knowledgeable. Bought a spare Honda key on Amazon, which I do not recommend, and they cut it but said that it probably wouldnt work well and didnt charge me a dime. They were right. Key was a slightly different thickness than my original and wouldnt fit in the ignition even though the Amazon site had me select the make and model and said this key would work. $12 dollar lesson learned. Thanks Ace for not charging me for cutting this key!

The property manager called the cops on me for parking bike in shade .. then told lies to 911 dispatch, i have it all on video and asked BRIAN ( the manager ) to have the owner call me ... 2 months have gone by.... ps BEST HARDWARE IS A 1/2 mile away... friendly folks MIGHT I ADD ;)

Worst customer service, worst pump mister. Broke within 5 minutes of me buying it. I called to ask for store hours at 9am and they werent set up. They closed at noon. Really? Youve lost a customer.
