I work as a handy man and stop pretty much at all ace stores, howeaver at this ace store i stopped in today customer service was bad as I even watched elderly people not getting help ace employees actually avoiding people. I had to ask a question, to the person in back making keys for someone I ask if they didnt have 16×16 dry wall peices in 5/8 the man looked at me stared at me with mean look , I shook my head looked at him right back gave him the eye , to get an answer. The 16×16 1/2 drywall was near back counter , next to him , after that I watched how employees avoided people no grettings to Customers, or help I watched elderly people and customers having to go to front cashier for help in what they needed , this is against all ace ethics and training, I will try and avoid this ace in the future, theres plenty in town , to get what I need in emergency bases for my customers,

I rented a carpet cleaner from this Ace. I had to work and my son was going to clean the carpet for me. When I got home ( I work in Green Valley ) my son told me the carpet cleaner would not spray or vacuum. I took the cleaner back and explained that it was not working. The manager Steve Ridder came out to talk to me, in his disgusted tone he told me that I should have called sooner. I explained that my son had no way of reaching me and no car to bring it back.I offered to take him up to my house and show him that my carpet had not been cleaned. He obviously thought I was lying. This is not how a customer should be treated and I will never go back to that Ace again.

Great location, great customer service. While theres an Ace closer to me, Ive started making a point to come to this location because of its service and the experience and helpfulness of the staff. If you want some advice and not just materials, this is the place to go--the advice will save you money in the long run.

Have always used Ace hardware , and this store in particular is very helpful , and friendly . Would highly recommend , my husband is home improvement challenged and he always gets the help he needs

Bad experience due to the older workers being jerks, look for the younger workers, they will make it a nice experience to shop here as always.
