I was hosting my daughters birthday party at the community common area. as we were preparing for it my key broke in the lock! I was able to pull out the rest of the key and we race to Ace Hardware, the gentleman at the key counter was so nice you look past the do not duplicate rain on the key understanding that this is an emergency. I really appreciate his leniency in fixing our key for us and saving the birthday party! the people at this ave are always super nice and helpful

Dissapointed in customer service. I tried to return a brand new never been used (with the tags on) $14 hula hoe today which I bought from Ace. I did not have the receipt, but would have been happy with store credit. I would have even been ok with partial store credit. I walked out still with the same hula hoe in hand and not very happy.

Each time I go to this very friendly store I feel like I have gotten personal, prompt, courteous, and skilled help. Very happy with this location. They even let me bring my toy dog in (rides in the cart) and make him feel welcome! Good quality of products.
