The people making reviews regarding the Ina Road Store are lying. I have been going to this location since arriving in Tucson 2016. The customer service here is horrible! When more then 4 people are in line the other employees stand around and do nothing. Always only one register going and the manager is lazy and rude. Will never go back to this location!

Good tools amazing prices! Stay away from the Chicago electric battery powered tools and all will be right with the world. The battery in their battery powered tools does not hold up for a single job, you will be charging it half way through.

Place for discount tools and equipment. This particular Harbor Freight is well laid out and organized. Located back from the street, if you are coming from the interstate, youll need to pull a U-turn at the Walmart to get to this parking lot.

Anyone who is looking for quality knows not to go to Harbor Freight. Its a great place to stock up on cheap stuff that you dont mind using just once, or lending to your neighborhood forever.

Ive never had a problem with customer service, cant beat the hand tools with the lifetime warranty, and the extended warranty beats every other retailer hands down.

Glad theres a H.F. in Tucson. Drawback is not remembering about it more often. Prices are always low and finding a 20% off coupon is never difficult.
