If your looking for a store that stocks or can get, basicly everything you need to quench you hardware hunger then this is the place for you! Seriously tho, these ACE stores have alot of stuff and the staff is very knowledgeable about everything they sell. Not only do they stock a wide range of name brand products, but they also sell their own ACE brand products. Which to be honest are all comparable or better than the name brand. This is all very apparent by simply browsing the store. What i went for on my last trip was also the very thing that made me write this for you. The paint, i was amazed at the paint department in this place. You can choose from tons of custome ACE brand colors, or bring your own favorite color as a small sample and they can match it for you! Now you can paint everything you want your favorite color, hah! On top of their custom paints they have a wide variety of paint hardware to make the job easier. What im really trying to say is, there is nowhere better to spend your hard earned cash. ACE may not always be as low in price as the big box home stores, but if your like me you wont mind spending slightly more for the fast and very helpful service.

I called for information being that I did not want around run around from store to store. I was on hold for about 30 seconds before they came back on the line to answer my question. Not only did they carry what I was looking for, when I went in I had more than one employee assisting me with my project. I notice others left bad reviews because of limited selection and price. However, these group of guys were willing to direct me to places around town that I could get other supplies I needed. Rusty and his team have made a loyal customer. Although I am on a budget I would rather spend my money at a store where employees act like they want to work. I will support excellent customer service any day.

HORRIBLE! Arrived at 6:54 PM today to LOCKED DOORS. A fellow customer let me in to pick up some custom screens I had ordered. This action, by the customer, let to RUDE comments by both, the assistant manager, Jose, and the cashier, Bryan (Brian). MANY customers were surprised and shocked by the rude treatment I received by those two associates. FURTHER, upon my departure from the store, Bryan and Jose proceeded to "bad-mouth" me IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! Twenty plus years of dealing with Ace...this is my FIRST bad experience...and it was a doooooozie!

The hours of operation are apparently a suggestion. They close early whenever they feel like it. Il be going to Tool Dozer or Harbor Freight who offer lifetime warranties on their products at better prices or Lowes or Home Depot where the selection is better and have better and consistent hours of operation. Small business owners complain that they dont have a fair marketplace when competing with corporations. Customer service or lack thereof is why.

This ACE store is the best option, for me, for all my hardware items. Dont have to travel far to get to the store and its easy to find items, since the store is compact and not like a huge big box store. I like that I can get in, find what I need, not have to walk forever, and then get out. Plus the staff are very helpful and the product selection, and prices, are good. ACE is truly a neighborhood friendly store.

Not a very helpful. Esther pointed me in the general direction of what I was looking for and when I went back to ask a question she simply said: "what is on the shelf is all we have". I needed help finding something on the shelf! She was more intrested in her conversation with a co-worker. Will not return!

Well-organized, good stock of merchandise, but certain items that arent seasonal or are perhaps unusual can be a bit over-priced. However, their specials are grrrreat, and their staff is super friendly and helpful.
