This place has been my husband and Is little "candy store", if you will, since Harbor Freight opened in El Paso. We love that they have most everything and for a great, low price! This location, however, has really gone down. I used to love the ladies up front, now, the new ones are not so pleasant. The guys arent as helpful either. The westside location is much better! We drive clear across town to our new "candy store". Plus, big plus, westside location has clean bathrooms and baby changing stations! All bases covered!

Horrible experience!! NEVER, EVER going back to the Yarbrough store! CHEAP, POOR quality. I purchased a commercial water hose in and 3 days, it came apart and manager would not exchange item without receipt. REALLY? I didnt want a refund!! I wanted a working hose. Every time I go in they ask for my phoned number and I am in the system. You can see that I just purchased it 3 days ago!! KEEP YOUR CHEAP STUFF!!!

This store is sucks !!!! I bought 3 dolly tires from them but its wrong size,I took them back ask for exchange but the manager dont want exchange for me. He ask for receipt but I lost it...and I asked him to track my credit card but he said he cant track ... Hey I brought a lot of tools from them and never return before and this first time... This is ridiculous policy I will NEVER go back agian ! :(

Customer service at this Harbor Freight is beyond outstanding! I had a unique issue and took the problem to the manager, Don. Don went above and beyond and applied the quality assurance and quality control for customer assurance to solve my unique situation. If you have a problem at Harbor Freight, you take it to Don!

Great specials and tools last for years. Great customer service. If you need inexpensive tools this is the stop for you. Also to include if the wife has shopping to do next door at big 8 its a great get away spot trust me I know

Bait and Switch! West side store never has the "free" stuff advertised! sure you can get the cheap stuff, but headlamps, flashlights..forget it! its always come back on Thursday! Get with it H.F.!
