Needed a flush valve for my toilet yesterday. I checked the Ace Hardware store website to see what the store hours were at the 10600 North Loop Drive El Paso, TX 79927 location. Website indicated, store closed at 7:00 pm on Mondays. I drove 5 miles and got to the store at 6:20 pm. The store was closed. The store hours posted on the door did indicate that it should have been open until 7:00 pm as well. I understand that it might be slow during that time on a Monday evening. If this is the case, the posting of store hours should be corrected. Closing a store well before the store hours indicated is very frustrating to customers. Needless to say, I have lost trust in Ace Hardware stores and wont be giving them my business in the future.

Good service, well stocked, clean, organized, closer than el paso ace hardware. Perfect store that has tools, plastidip, and just about everything for most projects around the house/garage
