I am so pleased with the service that I received when special ordering a freezer from the Depot. An associate named Steven Marquez went above and beyond to assist me when I had to return the dented freezer. He made numerous phone calls and kept me posted as to when I could expect my new freezer. I see nothing but future placement in upper management for this young man. His professionalism, patience, and concern for the customer is amazing! Go Depot!

Im a responsible pet owner and clean up after my dog. Not ONE trash can anywhere on the exterior of your building? Thats just poor customer service! Sorry about the stinky main entrance, but I wasnt going to leave my dogs s*** in your parking lot. However, next time Ill take my business somewhere with a bit of consideration for their customers. Is a trash can or two REALLY that much trouble for your store to manage?

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! On top of that, found out they were false advertising. I looked up a part online and it was supposedly in stock, had an employee look up the SKU number and location for it, and it wasnt there. Looked for a good 30min and pressed the help button a couple of times. None to be found.

Its a Home Depot. One thing I really like is the sense of community each branch has. They support locally like helping out at the Special Olympics and providing free workshops for adults and children. A much better option when it comes to big box stores.

Worst experience of customer service. My husband and I waited at the paint department for 15 minutes as we watched 6 employees talk amongst each other and just overlooked US as customers. Customer service is what gives us all paychecks....

Can be hard at times to get help but most staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is poor with the spaces and aisles seemingly laid out for compact cars instead of the pickup trucks that make up half the vehicles in the lot.

Placed on online order and have been waiting 45 minutes. Order was placed to not wait. They only had one associate helping and as they stated "she was swamped". Doesnt Home Depot have more than one associate/employee!

I only gave it a 3 due to the fact we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. They are completely taking over the store and made me just want to grab only what I needed and get out, even though I wanted to look around.

I usually love visits to Home Depot, but this visit was not great. Customer service from three different people was not as good as usual, somewhat impersonal. Eh. Maybe it was just an off day.
