When I go in for simple and common electrical or plumbing supplies, Im finding more and more that I leave this store empty-handed because the stock is too low or empty. While this is the closest option for me, Ive taken to only going there if I happen to be driving-by, because its in the opposite direction of the closest alternatives for me. Its disappointing because I like the staff.

They are the quintessential hometown hardware store. Incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful, and they have great referrals if you need a handyman or some work done around the house. My go-to place for anything around the house. They are great over the phone too, actually walking me through part of a plumbing project at one point.

Every time Ive been to this Ace, in particular, theyve been outwardly helpful and have gone out of their way even if they were barely off the clock. Theyve cut pieces of wood for me to size a couple times, without me even having to ask. This is somewhat of a small business, but Id support it full heartedly over Lowes.

I love going to Ace. I had a plastic cap break and wanted to see if I could find a replacement. He took the cap and came back having used glue to fix it - No charge. Then he helped me find a couple of other items I needed. Saves me time and they are always creative with their help.

Nice little neighborhood store. Friendly, and (procatively) helpful service. Great when I need a few things for around the house, and dont want to battle the hoards at Home Depot and Lowes. Closeby and gets the job done for me.

I needed help finding obscure bolt/screw to repair my moms wheelchair. I choose ACE because I needed some exemplary customer service. They did not disappoint!! Very helpful to make sure the parts worked before I left the store.
