The staff has always been very helpful any time I have questions or need help finding something. And the store is always clean and organized. The tools are not the best quality but a hammer is a hammer no matter what brand. Power tools are NOT professional quality but for the diyer they are fine and for the price they are great. You just have to take care of them. Returns have bever been a problem and they always have coupons if you look for them online or in the flyers which you can usually get in the store.

returned to store with defective 4.5" angle grinder. clerk said they would replace. I said "if you replace Ill buy another for a backup" (A) no help finding a replacement (none on shelf) (B) when I came back to clerk with NONE, he said he had chat with manager who said if I PURCHASED a warranty {anti-DaveRamsey} blah blah. I left with broken tool and pissed off....

Harbor freight offers fairly cheep tools and hardware, but thats why they are great. Their products are excellent for people who are just starting to work with their hands just like myself. Even though the products are not the highest quality, I have yet to see a significant problem with any tools that I have purchased from them.

Need a cheap tool to get a job done? They have it! Its not Craftsman Quality... but you can get a job done without paying the Craftsman Price for a tool you will rarely use! If your a professional? buy Snap on Mac or Craftsman! but for the everyday Joe Harbor Freight is the greatest thing since sliced bread! Love This Store!

I have found that yes their tools are cheaply made but they do last awhile. While they arent Snap-on you dont pay $40 for a single socket. For the idiot that rated the store poorly based on Googles map, I hope you learn to tie your own shoes soon. That has no bearing on how the store rates. Damn window lickers.

They refused to replace or return an item we bought which was missing a piece . They gave me a used broken piece from a floor model and said they were sorry. I would recommend to think twice before purchasing at this store.

......as good as Snap-On???? Well the best you can expect from China is "fair" and if cheap is what you are looking for, then Harbor Freight Tools is the place for you! After all, we DO live in a "throw-away" society!

Always a good spot for single use tools, be sure to watch out for deals via their newsletter. Spent $27 even on a pair of 3 ton jack stands. Staff was friendly, place was clean.
