Every time I am in Aces I am impressed with how attentive the staff if. Bob especially has been so generous with his time and helped me get some rusted-on screws off my car so I could put my new license plate on. It took him about half an hour kneeling on the concrete outside in the hot sun, and even though I went in to buy something to take care of it, he just did it for me. This is the best hardware store in Utah Valley if you ask me. I never go to Lowes or Home Depot because the service is pretty bad especially at Lowes, where, more often than not the employees seem annoyed that Im asking them where to find something. At Home Depot they are so busy. Aces is the way to go! Always friendly and the fact that its smaller is actually great. Unless you need loads of lumber or a new air conditioner or something, Aces has pretty much everything youd need including appliances for lawn care. etc.

I had to call several times, then when the Lady answered (monotone) She answered "Ridleys". I was confused and said, "Oh, I thought I was calling Ace Hardware"! She said, "Oh, you did, I just said something different". (WTH?) Then when I was transferred and asked if they had an item the "customer service" guy, Named STEVEN told me, "I dont know, youll have to come in and look for it." Are you kidding me?! I am going to the Lindon location, super fast answer (I had to call twice, after it going to voicemail at the Provo store) and super helpful and friendly. Holy crap, youre getting paid, act like it Ace Hardware employees!!!!

I went once to look for a product that I had seen carried by other Ace Hardware stores and didnt have the best experience. The "customer service" was annoyingly over the top. An older gentleman immediately approached me and confiscated my backpack and bag of groceries (apparently he didnt trust me), and then tried to act like he was interested in helping me by asking me what I was looking for and if I needed any help about 5 times in the 2 minutes I was in the store (I was the only customer)...They didnt carry the product I was looking for so I quickly went back up to the front to repossess my things and left.

Staff has always been friendly and typically knowledgeable and helpful. The repair shop has always been able to get my equipment up and running. The repair shop usually gets repairs done in about a week (which is better than 4 weeks at the other place Ive used). For such a small location they actually have a generous selection. Price is a little higher on a few things but lower on others. Overall Its a great store.

This hardware store is incredibly helpful and surprisingly well-stocked for a smaller store! I can always find what I need there and the staff is super willing to help and make sure you get what you need. I especially appreciate the help from the older gentleman at the help desk. Hes great!!

This is tiny, yet clean. Is smells heavily of either paint or fertilizer, or painted fertilizer, so I cant stay here more than about five minutes. They have tons of different stuff crammed into a tiny space. Its just like Home Depot or Lowes, but in about 1/10th the space. Good prices, too.

Customer service is consistently good. On a recent trip someone went the extra mile to help me find the exact right screws for a project. Pleased that they carry a few bike essentials, like a selection of lights. Hours are good, location is very convenient.
