As the owner of Money Mikes Pawn And Gold, I would like to question the review from Anthony Smith. A) I dont have a staff B) I am never rude, nor do I disrespect my customers. I am not sure if you have confused my Pawn Shop for another, but I havent had an issue with a customer since I purchased this pawn shop back in October 2016. My goal is to be the best Pawn Shop in Apache Junction. The only way I know how to do that, is to have a properly maintained store, have great pricing on items I sell at the shop, and the key to it all, is having great customer service. As the only employee in the shop, I take pride in my work, I take pride in the way the shop looks, and I take pride in taking care of my customers.

The gentleman who works behind the counter is the only guy that works there, he has no other help, and hes a great and awesome guy, i love his business and his respect and loyalty, I have twice now Pond items at his location, the first time I pawned an item I was not sure that I was going to get it back after the 30 day period was up, but he was such a great guy that he actually called me months later after my expired date to give me the chance of purchasing my items back which I was able to at that time, I have then come back for his business and it was the same experience as the last, he has a lot of people come in and out of his store, and he may not recognize you over the phone but he sure will recognize you as soon as he sees your face, he is a very awesome guy and well make sure that your visit will be memorable, I am definitely happy and will be keeping his business.
