I was reading a review on here from a month ago, the one where you decided to chastise a woman for being upset with her kids? Yea, that one. Now I do believe that was HER PERSONAL ISSUE. Also, Ive been here before as my fiancée has tried to sell to you, and gave a very unfair amount for a collectors watch. That is my personal opinion and do not need it commented on, which was a problem in the last review. I honestly do not think you were professional in store or online. But thank you for letting me voice MY PERSONAL OPINION.

This is the only pawn shop I will go to now! Besides from being extremely fair with their pricing, they will also work with you when you are late or cannot make a payment. The key is simple, communicate with them! In my experience they have gone above and beyond to ensure I do not loose my property. I love how selective they are with what they take into the shop. Thanks to that they have some of the best selection of goods in Utah County. I highly recommend checking them out!

First time customer to this shop but I will for sure be going back!! Great experience! I genuinely have hated my other pawn shop experiences and usually feel low balled or taken advantage of... I had a game system I wanted to get rid of and the owner of this place was super nice and incredibly fair! He was willing to go up on his price until we were both comfortable with the number... If I ever have to pawn (or purchase) anything again, this will be the place I will go!!

No doubt about it, this is the best pawn shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Not only are the staff incredibly personable and most of all fair, they do it all. From buying gift cards, to loaning on cell phones or connected tablets. Prices are reasonable, and definitely have wiggle room. There is only one pawn shop in Utah that I will ever deal with again. Well it seemed like an amazing place and i would go there for everything else i was a little upset i asked it i could do a lone for a little older version of a go pro and they sell for a least 150 dollars that what it said online and they said i only can have 20 for it really im surprised but still thats just my rant please go here they might give you a better deal then what i got

the atmosphere is always upbeat and light hearted. everyone who comes in seems to have a great sense of humor and a lot of fun just being there. its not at all like most pawn shops. its not stuffy and the items are in great shape and there is a variety of items to choose from. I accidentally stumbled upon VIP and Im glad I did.

I bought a router from VIP Pawn. When they shipped it, the shipping company made a mistake delaying the package. VIP Pawn corrected the issue, far exceeding my satisfaction. The best thing, they didnt try to make excuses -- they addressed the issue ASAP. Amazing deals and low prices. I would definitely do business with VIP.

I saw their add in KSL Classified for a Goal Zero Lighthouse for 59.00 so I Googled them for the address and stopped by on my way home from work. Its a good clean store and the attendant was friendly and helpful. They also sold me the Lighthouse for 50.00 even. Very nice and Ill be back to check out some of their other deals.

Overpriced and very rude I attempted to barter for a drill, instead of offering a counter offer I was told to "Take my money and buy a pound of salt." Will never step foot in there again and will instead warn all friends and family to never give such a place business.

Great selections, excellent service, awesome deals. The owner is super cool and down to earth. For you gun guys, he is FFL certified and builds a lot of the ARs he sells. Definitely a good place to swing by frequently for finding good prices.
