Best people in east valley!! I absolutely LOVE using this pawn shop when Im short for bills or whatever! Ive been using this place for 3 years now & will continue to ONLY go to them when Im in a bad spot...Joe is always so very helpful & Raquel has the best smile & upbeat attitude! Honestly I consider them my friends :) I feel at home with these folks & I HIGHLY recommend you use their services if youre needing cash in a hurry..Besides how comfortable they make me feel, they also have great rates & give top prices for your pawn. Guy behind the desk obviously doesnt know what hes talking about even when pointed out. I couldnt get a $30 pawn loan off a tube processor and great working order. This particular one I cannot find anywhere.... including eBay for less than $100. I was told the value was $40-50. Mind you this is a digital tube floor preamp from a major manufacturer. A decent tube alone costs $20-30!!!!! Im sorry but whatever your source and how your employees are interpreting is way off. I was told it wasnt even worth their time lol

Very nice and helpful and went there a couple of times cuz had to pawn my fathers golden glove necklace for my kids. Then I was one day, one day, late on my payment due to their advice, and they were cold towards me, had it in the shop, but said they had to ship it to Mesa. I got the main number and was told it would be held for me to pay whatever they wanted. Got the runaround for several weeks. Never gave me the chance to buy my dads gloves back. Will never go back!

Pawn Now, formerly Pawns Plus on Cave Creek Rd, should be avoided at all costs. They are a poor neighbor and community member. They flash a large P A W N side all night long into the neighboring community and have refused to dim this light pollution after numerous requests. Their business hours are 9AM to 6PM, yet they still flash this bright red sign all night long. The best thing that could happen to this Cave Creek Rd business would be for it to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Unless youre trying to pawn a gun, dont waste your time and gas going here. They have no interest in anything else you have. Nice top of the line, brand name tools, electronics, musical equipment, they wont even look at. Even if you can get an offer for whatever you bring in, its not even a fraction of the lowest used price they can find on it. These guys are clueless and there are much better pawn shops out there.

I cant even count how many times these guys have come through for me theyve always been Fair friendly and professional and always have gone out of the way to make it happen for me. it is the only pawn shop I will deal with I have been doing business with them for 4 years and have never been dissatisfied. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that would ask definitely Top Notch I would not go anywhere else.
