Worst pawn shop experience Ive had in a while, came in to look at some jewelry, first of all they had a fake Breitling watch in their cases which is pretty crazy for a legitimate business but whatever. I found a ring and asked for the price, the price was pretty high for what it was so I asked if they could give me a better price. The manager was arrogant and unprofessional and made me felt like not spending one dollar in this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a good experience.

I will never trust these people with my property again. I came to redeem my laptop only to find that it had been damaged severely and the manager basically told me there was nothing they could do. They cracked the screen and damaged the LCD display causing hundreds of dollars in damage to my device and werent in the least bit apologetic nor willing to make it right. Horrible business practice, Ill never be back.

I have bought many dvds and a flat screen tv at this location of USA Pawn. They treat all their customers with respect. They also have free cookies and cokes, and not that off brand stuff either. I visit this store a lot and they always have stuff that catches my attention. I sold a lot of my silver and electronics to them as well and got more that $400 dollars!! I love this place!

I bought 6 seasons of this series there and half the disks didnt even work. They had really bad scratches on them and Im wondering if they even checked the disks for scratches before they put them on the shelves to be sold.
