Absolutely dreadful people! The store is set up in a way that makes it inevitable to bump into something and break it, therefore possibly being forced to buy it. I witnessed an elderly gentleman in the store and he accidentally bumped into something glass and broke, nearly giving the poor man a heart attack! Only ONE employee went to go help this man after it happened, and make sure he was alright, while the others just laughed and said the employee who was helping was over reacting when he told them to stop. The manager, Ed, is a rude and robotic person and rolls his eyes while on the phone with customers. His employees, save for a couple of them, are rude and robotic as well. All staying exactly to a corporate script in order to mess people up. It makes a person feel unwelcomed and feel more like the next bonus check rather than a valued customer and person. I suggest they fond a better manager for this place, that doesnt treat his employees like worthless dogs and one who isnt so far up his own ass to see the sun, more respectful employees, arrange that filthy store better, and drop the obvious corporate script if they want to continue getting faithful customers. This place is just absolutely awful and I cannot see how they are still in business with this bad manager with poor managment skill at best.

Ive been a customer for over 6 years whenever Ive been in a jam and needed quick cash and Ive always been treated exceptionally well here ALWAYS never have I been treated so poorly and directly verbally attacked by an employee and even worse by their manager their customer service has been getting progressively worse with new employees and managers but I typically deal with the more experienced employees and it all works out but my last visit was completely awful I will not be brining any of my new business to this location again

I use to like going here, staff WERE great .. they KNEW how to treat customers.. I was there recently and this new girl Ive never seen before was there.. Spanish, late 20s early 30s hair tied back.. she hands down ruined it for me to ever go back to USA pawn. She gave me attitude , other customers attitude and was very unprofessional to her coworkers. I asked for the manager Michael to make a complaint , her response was "not your business" I never make a review but I had too since the service and that employee was terrible..

This is my 2nd time going there and again the service is unbeatable. I will travel from the southwest side to go to this place even though there is one right around the corner just because I like the no nonsense attitude there. The workers there make you feel like your business is truly appreciated. If you are a person that reads these reviews like I do before I go someplace , please read this one and understand if you are a buyer or a seller this is the place to go. Oh and for the haters I DON’T WORK THERE hahaha real talk.

totally honest reveiws! My husbands favorite place for his audio and instremental music needs the staff is well qualified to represent the professional studio and preforming musican as well as the various tools and household items and goodies that make it so fun to shop there! excellent staff give you a personal touch and are there for you unless youre really foul they will treat you like royalty.. never have to wait.. super great deals!

Horrible customer service we came in for a quick question regarding about a handgun we saw on display. We were waiting for 30 min while the workers go on helping everybody else in the store who werent even there when we got there. We were willing to buy several guns from here but we ended leaving because no one ever came to help after they looked at us dead on, never coming here again.. just horrible customer service.

Wasnt busy there was only 1 other customer in the store that was buying a pellet gun, there were 3 employees, one was counting money and the two others were helping the guy buy a pellet gun... I asked to look at something in the glass case then waited for 15-20 minutes then just gave up and left... Will not return to this location, very bad customer service.

people who post good reviews work there. This place sucks. their prices for used crap are more than what it costs for something new!! Bought tools like an idiot there and they broke within a day, couldnt return them! rip off scam, then again, people who are desperate for cash and use pawn shops probably dont use computers to check reviews to often.

Terrible. I brought in a brand new camera and tool set, and they just looked at them and gave a estimate. A very very low estimate because they dont "need" tools, and "nobody buys cameras." At least at Super Pawn they researched my items online and gave me a way better amount than offered here. Dont bring your stuff here.

They scam you, buying something for 50 and selling it for 200. I understand its just business, but i dont trust it. I can get a brand new 55 inch at walmart for 600 and they say its retail is 1100 so theyre selling it for 800. Its weird.
