had a $2000 tv in pawn and during that time the stand was scratched and the back of the tv was completely damaged. When I brought this to their attention before leaving the store, 3 of the employees completely lied and said there was no way it could have been damaged and since the screen was ok it wasnt an issue. Well to me it was an issue I brought in a tv in perfect condition and now it is not. If you do put something in pawn here make sure you take pictures at the store so you receive your item back in the same condition. Also the prices offered are so low, but to buy something there is super expensive. I just wish I read these reviews first. Astrix is edited after owner response **********To the person who responded to this email, I was told I would be contacted by a district manager from an email I received on 12/18/2014. today is 12/23/2014 and I have not been contacted. ******My complaint is more about my damaged item than the lies from the staff Never was contacted by the management. I do have some advice close your shop and never open and stop lying to people

Many pawn shops tend to have that "old feel" to them. I have spoken to so many people that feel like items at pawn shops are almost "always stolen" or "broken" etc. But I feel pawn shops such as yours do a great job proving that negative stigma wrong. The workers at Pawn1st always do their best to put the customers experience first, which is so nice to see. Jason for instance has always gone above and beyond to ensure any item I have ever purchased was functioning, clean, and I never had the feeling of being "swindled" like I have at other pawn shops. When I was in-between jobs, he went out of his way to loan me more money on my items than any other pawn shop offered. Jason has proven that he cares not only about his customers, but also about their items. He has taken better care of my items than any other pawn shop I have ever gone to. I could write a novel about my experience with Jason alone, but Ill refrain and just say "Thank you." You have done more to help me and my family than I could ever say. You and Pawn1st ROCK! :)

Was in need of some quick cash for an unexpected trip, so I brought them one of my pistols for a loan. It was a quick and painless transaction, and I got the amount I was asking for, which was not nearly what the gun was worth. Again, it was a loan, so I recommend getting only what you need or youll pay dearly in interest fees. The less you borrow, the less it takes to get your property back. Only complaint was the guy told me AFTER the transaction, that Id have to go through another background check to get my own gun back! I passed, of course, but had I not, Id have been out of a nice gun for next to nothing of its value. So, make sure you can pass your background since your last one, or else get the most you can for your gun because youll never see it again.

Ive frequented the Gilbert location quite a few times over the past couple of years and my experience has always been a positive one. The employees have always been courteous, informative and very reasonable with me whether Im buying or pawning. On the buying side, I was given a lot of useful information in order to make a sound consumer choice and Ive had no problems with malfunction from anything Ive purchased. As far as pawnng, Ive found the same level of courtesy, respect and honest communication about the value of my items and have no complaints about the transactiona. Im very pleased with the people and my experiences at the Gilbert location and they can count on my patronage of their business in the future.

Best service ever! Wasnt pressured, but was still given the attention I needed to make a decision about my purchase. I bought something large as a birthday gift and they offered to hang on to it until the big day. These people are great. Some pawn shops make you want to put on a body condom before you walk in. This place is clean and organized. Thank you guys to a fantastic experience.

I bought a Samsung TV from here, very good customer service. The person who helped was a gentlemen named Jason. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I threw at him.
