This is by far the best pawn shop I have ever been in, they are the most stand up honest people I have ever met I went in feeling like a broke stranger I left feeling as if I just made a lifetime friend/business associate. Ive been a very dedicated customer for about a year and every time I go they take amazing care of me they knew I recently lost my apartment and needed a hotel so they bought some of my tools knowing there was no profit to be made from them honestly if more people owned/operated a business like these brothers did the world of customer/retailer relations would be a beautiful place I give them 10 stars

This place doesnt know a thing about gold or diamonds. Real scammers!!! Beware!!! To make a long story short. I had a bunch or jewlery looked at here and they gave me a price of $1200 at first and then when they got the scale to work right, they wanted to give me $800 for it all. They told me some of the jewlery wasnt even real and the diamonds werent worth anything!!! I then got a second opinion at another pawn shop and they gave me $1500 for it all!!!! They even said one of the diamonds were worth 200 alone on one ring!!!!

Manager came out and made a bunk offer on a t.v In know ride way at all I declined and proceeded to leave store when he started to tell out Sony bologna..innthe store like a mad man. I was literally at a loss for words I couldnt believe this was there boss and an actual man. He said Sony bologna over and over.be a man .be professional. Thats what I expect from other men and woman . What a joke. This store was.

Len and the crew at Gold Pawn are courteous and knowledgeable Their resale prices (especially on firearm) are almost unbelievably fair. Len will do what ever possible to help you walk out happy. Its businesses like this that remind us all what customer service is supposed to be like. Because of the way they run their business and treat their customers, Gold Pawn will be around for a very long time. Good Job!

I have never pawned before and these guys made is the as easy as it looks on TV. Super friendly and explained all my options. Tons and tons of awesome stuff that I will be back to buy soon. Their lay-a-way program will help fill a lot of holes in my budget for my company. Glad I walked in today and so will anybody that needs a little help.

Another Pawn Shop in the area wasnt interested in what I had, so I stopped over at Gold Pawn Brokers and got a very fair price for my gold and silver.
